Be sure that you read these safety precautions thoroughly before using this massager for the first time.
The Operating Manual contains important information about how to use the massager safely and correctly, avoiding damages to property or injury to a person while using the massager.
Keep this operating manual nearby so that you can refer to it anytime.

HOW TO USE

  1. Connect the AC Adapter to the plug.
  2. Connect the Adapter end of the plug to the unit outlet.
  3. Plug your Belmint Neck Heating Pad into the appropriate outlet. If the plug does not fit, please email Belmint Customer Services at: support@belmint.com or call 845-388-1270. Do not alter the plug in any way.
  4. Place the Neck Heating Pad securely around your neck.
  5. To turn the HEAT OFF, press the POWER button again.

MOIST HEAT OPTION

HOW TO USE THE MOIST HEAT OPTION,

  1. Gently dab the one side of the neck heating pad with a wet sponge or cloth. You may also use a spray bottle to spray a fine mist to one side of the neck heating pad.
  2. Place the pad moistened side down on top of your neck.

WARNING
Make sure the control connector or the pad connector is not damp before using the heating pad. Be sure the connectors are dry before using.

TEMPERATURE SETTING TIME

The Neck Heating Pads automatically warm up upon use.
Note the Heat-Up Time below for your reference.

WARNING Keep this and any electrical products out of reach of children. Basic safety precautions should always be observed, including the following:
DANGER —To reduce the risk of electrical shock:

  • ALWAYS unplug the massager from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
  • DO NOT use the heating pad while bathing or while in the shower.
  • DO NOT place the heating pad where it can fall or be pulled into the water.
  • DO NOT operate in a wet or moist condition.
  • DO NOT use pins or any metallic fasteners on the massager.

DANGER —To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, Are, or injury:

  • NEVER leave the massager unattended while plugged in.

  • USE ONLY as intended, as described in this User Guide. If the unit is used in a manner not described in this User Guide, it may nullify the Warranty.
  • NEVER operate your neck heating pad if the cord or plug is damaged. If the unit has been dropped in water or is not working properly, EMAIL BELMONT CUSTOMER SERVICE at support@belmint.com or CALL BELMONT CUSTOMER SERVICE at 844-423-5646.
  • KEEP the power cord AWAY from the heated surface and water.
  • NEVER drop or insert any object into any opening on the unit.
  • DO NOT operate the massager under a blanket or pillow.
  • NEVER cover the unit while in operation.
  • DO NOT operate a massager where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
  • DO NOT carry the unit by the power cord or use the power cord as a handle.
  • TO DISCONNECT, turn the unit OFF, remove the plug from the outlet, and disconnect the adapter from the unit
  • ALWAYS turn the unit off before moving away from the massager.
  • NEVER operate the unit on a soft surface such as a bed or couch where air openings may be blocked.
  • MAY CAUSE SERIOUS BURNS. The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated individuals may be dangerous.
  • DO NOT use on infants, incapacitated, asleep or unconscious individuals.
  • DO NOT crush. Avoid sharp folds.

CAUTION — For your safety, please read the following prior to using:

  • This neck heating pad is NOT INTENDED FOR MEDICAL USE.
  • NEVER use the unit on an individual suffering from any physical ailment that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls.
  • NEVER use it while driving or operating a vehicle.
  • NOT for use by children or incapacitated individuals without proper adult supervision.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you encounter operational issues with your Belmint Neck Heating Pad please refer to the tips and guidelines listed below. If the problem persists, please turn the POWER OFF and unplug the unit. Email Be’mint Customer Service at support@belmint.com or Call 1-844-423-5646. DO NOT attempt to make adjustments to the plug or alter the plug, cord, or massage unit Doing so will nullify the warranty.

PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTIONS
THE UNIT WON’T START OR TURN ON Unit may be unplugged. Check that the

unit is plugged into the appropriate outlet or pouter source.
Check that the unit is plugged into the adapter.
Press the POWER button. You should feel it click.
If problem persists, please contact Customer Service at 844-423-5646.
UNIT STOPS WORKING| The unit may be unplugged.| Check that the unit is plugged into the appropriate outlet or power source. It mav have come unplugged.
Check that the adapter is plugged into the unit.
You may have accidentally pressed the POWER button and tamed the massager OFF.| You may have inadvertently pressed the POWER button for 3 seconds, thus turning it off.
Press the POWER button again to see if it turns back on.
The unit may be unplugged.| Unplug the unit from the outlet and let it cool before using again.

STORING YOUR BELMINT NECK HEATING PAD

Unplug the cord from the power source.
Loosely roll the Heating Pad facing toward the storage straps. Loop the storage straps over the rolled Heating Pad.
Store the Heating Pad in a cool, dry, and dark place.
DO NOT roll the Heating Pad tightly.

CLEANING AND STORING

CLEANING YOUR BELMINT NECK HEATING PAD
Your relaxation and peace of mind are very important to us. That’s why your Belmint Neck Heating Pad is made from high-quality durable materials.
CLEANING YOUR UNIT IS AS EASY AS 1 -2-3
Make sure the Pad Connector is disconnected from the Control Connector before cleaning. Press the tabs on the sides of the Control Connector while pulling both connectors apart.
NEVER clean when the unit is on.
Hand washes the Pad with a mild detergent and cool water. Use a gentle/delicate cycle of machine washing.
DO NOT use any chemicals or harsh abrasives such as cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish, or paint thinner to clean.
Line dry or lay the Pad flat when drying.
DO NOT tumble dry.
MAKE SURE the unit is completely dry before using.
