3 Steps to Serenity

Using your device

  • Prepare
Set up your massage station by choosing a comfortable chair near a polarized outlet. Connect the power adapter to the massager, then plug in the device. Make sure your feet are completely dry and that your feet/socks are clean before placing them in the slots. Then, have a seat in your comfy chair and get ready to relax.

  • Press
Press the Power button on the remote or the device. The massager will automatically set a timer for 15 minutes and begin working. To extend your session, press the Timer button on your remote once for a 20-minute session, twice for 25 minutes, and three times for 30 minutes. Use the setting buttons described on pages 3 and 4 to adjust the massage intensity and heat settings to your preference. You can also press the Mode button to alternate between three unique massage programs.
Modes 1 & 2, which light up as red or blue, are different combinations of shiatsu rolling with air compression. Mode 3, which lights up as purple, is compression only (no rolling massage). All modes can be used either with or without heat.
Note: Some users may experience foot itching during and/or after the massage. This is normal and is due to the increase in circulation.

  • Power Off
If you wish to stop the massage before the timer is finished, simply press the power button. Then, unplug the unit
Note: The outside of the unit may become hot during use. Exercise caution when handling.
