you to customize your session for optimal pain relief. Each treatment begins
with a quick-start, basic massage that you can adjust for pressure, heat, and
vibration—or take things up a notch with one of the five other pre-programmed
massage modes. Plus, the convenient shut-off feature automatically ends your
message after 15 blissful minutes, allowing you to completely focus on the
many benefits of your self-care session.

Before your first use
Check the device for any damage.
Charge your device completely.
When charging, the indicator light will flash; this light will turn off when
the battery is full.
Do not use the device while charging.

Quick start session
- Place the device on a flat level surface.
- Remove any watches or jewelry. For best results, use only with clean, dry hands.
- Place one hand into the center of the padded massage pocket.
- Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
- Press the Mode button.
- Customize your session using the feature buttons. Adjust your hand position as desired.
- The device will automatically end your session after 15 minutes. To end your session early, press and hold the Power button. For a longer session, start the device again after it turns off. Do not use the device for more than 30 minutes per day.
- Clean and store your device according to the directions on Page 6.
Customizing your session
Massage Intensity
To switch between intensity levels, press the Intensity button until the
indicator light turns on over your preferred setting.
Massage Mode
Choose your preferred massage program by pressing the Mode button until the
indicator light turns on over your preferred setting.
Vibration Option
Choose between pulse, continuous, and no vibration by pressing the Vibration
button until you reach your desired setting.
Heat Therapy
Your device’s heat therapy feature will gradually increase the temperature
throughout your massage.
To turn this setting on, press the Heat button.

Cleaning & storing your device
Always unplug the device and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
Never immerse the device in water. Keep the device’s air vents free of dirt,
dust, and other obstructions. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe the outside of
the device. Do not use any harsh chemicals or cleaning products. Store in a
cool, dry place safe from damaging elements.

supervision. Do not use while intoxicated, sleeping, or driving. Keep the
