Tuya Hotel Connection Guide

1.  Go to apaleo store to search “Tuya Hotel”.
2.  Click “Connect to apaleo” button, you will be redirected to Tuya Hotel Platform to connect with Tuya Hotel.

Get Tuya Account

1.  If you don’t have a Tuya Hotel account, you can easily create one here: https://shenzhen-hotel.console.tuyaus.com/hotel/roomStatus
2.  Click the Register button.
3.  Enter your information in the required fields.
4.  Now, you are ready to login!

Login to Tuya Hotel

1. 1. If you have a Tuya Hotel account,you can log in directly from here: https://shenzhen- hotel.console.tuyaus.com/hotel/roomStat us
2.  Enter your user name and password and click “Log in”.

Bind apaleo

1.  When you login Tuya Hotel, you can see the “Channel Binding” in the left menu.
2.  Click “PMS” button in the drop-down list.

Get apaleo Authorization

1.  Now, you can see the apaleo card.
2.  Click the“Bind now”button to get apaleo authorization.
3.  Confirm to proceed, you will be redirected to the apaleo authorization page.

Connect to apaleo

1.  After account verification, you will go back to Tuya Hotel website.
2.  Choose the exact hotel name from the list.
3.  Now, you’re ready to use your connection with apaleo.

Now, you’re all set

1.  Once you connect Tuya with apaleo, Tuya Hotel will synchronize checking info of guests.
2.  Then, you can give device usage permissions to guests with check-in info.
3.  Now, you experience a seamless guest experience.

Disconnect to apaleo

If you don’t want to connect tuya with apaleo any more, just follow the steps：

1.  Login apaleo platform；
2.  Choose Apps-Connected apps menu；
3.  Choose Tuya-Hotel；
4.  Disconnect app.

Then turn back to Tuya Platform， refresh the PMS binding page，you can see the apaleo is disconnected.
