SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Ensure that the supply is AC and the Voltog is as per the specification printed on the name plate.
- There are no consumer serviceable parts inside this fan, Do not attempt to open/repair the fan on your own, doing so could cause damage to the fan and/or lead to personal injury.
- Use wire connector for wire joints, not just tape.
- Ensure that the height of the fan from the ground should be more then 2.3m when it is installed.
- Ensure that the distance of blade from wall of the room should be more than 1.5m when it is installed.
- This appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical sensory or mentol capabilities , or lock of experiance and knowledge , unless the have been given supervision or Instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person reponsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to nsure that they do not play with, appliance.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

REMOVE THE SAFETY SCREW ① FROM THE DOWN ROD AND DOWN RON BOLT ② FOR SHAKLE KIT PACK/DOWN ROD.

INSERT DOWN ROD OVER SHAFT, ALIGN SAFETY SCREW HOLE ③ ON DOWN ROD WITH TAPPED HOLE ④ ON SHAFT.

INSERT OOWN ROD BOLT ② & SAFETY SCREW ① IN DOWN ROD ANF RLILGN THEM PROPERTY.

TIGHTEN SRFETY SCREW ① & THE DOWN ROD BOTT ② WITH NUT AND LOCK THE SPLIT PIN.
-
REMOVE THE DOWN ROD CAP ⑥ & INSERT THE CANOPIES ⑦ AND PUT THE OOWN ROD CAP ⑥ BACK INRO THE DOWN ROD.

PASS SUPP.LY WIRES ⑤ THROUGH THE DOWN ROD, PULL OUT FROM HOLE AND CONNECT THE SUPPLY WIRES WITH MOTOR TERMINAL.

UNSCREW THE SHACKLE KIT BOLT ⑧ AND INSERT THE SHACKLE KIT ⑨ INTO CEILING HOOK. INSERT THE DOWN ROD INTO SHACKLE KIT.

INSERT THE SHACKLE KIT BOLT ⑧ AND TIGHTEN WITH NUT, LOCK . THE SP.LIT PIN AND CONNECT THE SUPPLY WIRES TO MAIN SUPPLY.

ADJUST THE ,TOP CANOPY ID WITH CEILING AND TIGHTEN IT WITH SCREW PROVIDED IN CANOPY.

ADJUST THE BOTTOM CANOPY ⑦ AND FIX IT WITH SCREWSA PROVIDED, MAINTAIN APPROPRIATE GAP FROM TOP COVER. ⑩

ASSEMBLE BLADES ⑪ USING SPRLING WASHER ⑫ & SCREWS ⑬ AND EASTLRE ORMPIRG WASHER ⑭ SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED WHILE RSSEMBLLNG.
INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION OF REGULATOR
Connect the regulator in series with the fan as shown in circuit diagram.
Applicable for Resistance Regulator
- Mount the regulator base plate on switch board with screws & nuts.
- Connect the regulator in series with the fan as shown in the circuit diagram.
- Place the cover in possible & tighten the two screws.
CAUTION
- Never open or try to loosen screws on the base plate.
Aplicable for Elecronic Regulator
- Mount the regulator on a suitable modular switch panel or a separate panel.
- Connect the regulator in series with the fan as shown in circuit diagram.
CLEANING/ MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
- To clean the fan, wipe it with a soft and clean cloth,
- Do not apply pressure on the blades in order to prevent them from bending.
- If serviving is required, refer only to a qualified electricain.
- For oiling use ALFA ZN 320 oil and for greasing use SHELL RL 3 grease.
DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of electrical fans/accessories (including packing materials) as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection facilities. Contact. If these are disposed of in landfills or dumps, it may affect enviroment adversely.
WARNING:
Users are not supposed to replace other than Orient spare parts in Orient
product in case of any defect and must be serviced through Orient authorised
service centre only.
