Important Safety Instructions

• Terminals marked with this symbol carry electrical current of sufficient magnitude to constitute risk of electric shock. Use only high-quality professional speaker cables with ¼” TS or twist-locking plugs pre-installed. All other installation or modification should be performed only by qualified personnel.

Caution

The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing liquids and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.  These service instructions are for use by qualified service personnel only. Controls

1. INPUT – Use speaker cables with speakON-style twist-locking professional connectors to connect the speaker to the power amplifier. Insert the twist-locking connector into the jack and rotate clockwise until the connector locks into place. These speakers connect to power via pins 1+ and 1- in the twist-locking connector. Pins 2+ and 2- are not connected internally to the speakers but are wired through to the LINK OUTPUT.
2. LINK OUTPUT – Use this connection to feed the INPUT signal on pins 1+ and 1- through and out in order to power an additional speaker with the same signal. Alternately, by running a 4-pole speaker from the power amp to the INPUT jack, an additional power amp channel on pins 2+ and 2- can be fed straight through to the LINK OUTPUT to feed an additional speaker with a separate signal. This alternate method can be useful for consolidating your speaker cables when necessary. Check to make sure your power amplifier can combine and send out all pins (1+, 1-, 2+ and 2-) from a single output jack. ****
