Product Overview

OSD Menu Button
- Press the OSD Menu Button® and scroll up/down to make selection from the menu; press the OSD Menu Button to confirm selection; short press Power & Return Button @ to return.
- When not pressing the OSD Menu Button@, simply scroll it up/down to enter the brightness/volume setting menu, then you can scroll up/down to adjust the brightness/volume level.
Connect Your Devices Via Type-C Cable
- Connect to your laptop/computer via USB-C port Simply use the provided Type-C to Type-C cable to make the connection between Vissles monitor (Q)I®) and your laptop/computer if your device has a USB-C interface.
- Connect to your smartphone with TV-out function via USB-C port
- Connect to a Nintendo Switch via a USB-C port

You can connect the Vissles monitor to an HDMI device via the HDMI cable together with the Type-C to USB-A cable.
- Note l: The monitor can run either via external power or the power source of an HDMI device through its USB port if the USB port has enough wattage.
- Note 2: If the power supply of an HDMI device is insufficient, please connect to an external power source with 5V/3A or above.
- Note 3: When connecting the monitor to an HDMI interface, please connect the power supply first and then connect the HDMI cable to ensure smooth signal transmission.

Q: What can I do when the display and the power indicator does not light up?
A: Please make sure the monitor is turned on and the cable is properly connected to the monitor and power connector. -
Q: What can I do if there is no prompt display for a successful connection and the indicator lights in red?
A: When there is no prompt. please check the notification bar of your mobile phone and see if there is a prompt for mobile phone casting, if not, please check if your phone supports the casting feature. When connecting to a computer with a USB-C interface, but no prompt displayed, please check if the Type-C interface on your computer supports video transmission. When connecting the HDMI device but no prompt displayed, please restart the computer and check again. If it is still unsuccessful, please contact your retail dealer or after-sales center. -
Q: What can I do if the image on display has ripples and flickering?
A: Please make sure the cable is properly connected between the monitor and the connected device; remove any electronic equipment that may cause electronic interference. -
Q: What can I do if there is discoloration on the screen (distorted/washed out)?
A: Please make sure the cable is properly connected between the monitor and the connected device. Try other third-party cables instead of the one that goes with the monitor if you have one. -
Q: What can I do if the display is flickering?
A: Please check if the power supply is sufficient. Please use a power adapter of l BW or above for a stable power supply. -
Q: How come my Samsung mobile phone (the US edition) does not switch to Samsung Dex mode when I connect it to the monitor with one cable only?
A: Please try to use an external power supply (PDl 5W~20W or more) before connecting the Vissles monitor to your smartphone.
CAUTION: General Safety Instructions
Use the following safety guidelines to help ensure your own personal safety and to help protect your equipment and working environment from potential damage.
- Keep your device away from radiators and heat sources.
- Keep your equipment away from extremely hot or cold temperatures to ensure that it is used within the specified operating range.
- Do not use your equipment in a humid environment, for example, near a bathtub, sink, or swimming pool or in a damp basement.
- Do not spill food or liquids on your equipment.
- Place the equipment on a hard, level surface.
- Before cleaning your equipment, disconnect it from the electrical outlet. Clean your device with a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not use liquids or aerosol cleaners, which may contain flammable substances.
- Do not use a glass cleaner to clean your display.
- Keep the display dry. Long-term exposure to moisture can damage the display.
- To avoid electric shock. do not remove any cover of the monitor, or touch the inside. Only a qualified service technician should open the monitor case.
- Unplug the monitor when it is going to be left unused for an extended period of time.
When operating your equipment:
- Ensure that all cables are connected to the appropriate connectors.
- Check the voltage rating before connecting the equipment to an electrical outlet to ensure that the required voltage and frequency match the available power source.
- Do not hard press the LCD screen with your fingers for a long time or forcefully press down the frame of the screen, especially the three narrow sides or the LCD panel may be deformed.
- Do not rub the screen panel with any hard object or your LCD panel will be scratched or permanently damaged.
- Please use the recommended resolution for the best results. If you use any resolution other than the recommended one, it may cause the LCD screen to be stuck at a certain resolution and display incorrectly.
- Unplug the monitor when it is going to be left unused for an extended period of time.
- Red, green, and blue pixels may appear on the screen, but they do not affect the display function.
- The display supports six input voltages: 5V/9V/12V/15V/19V/20V. You are suggested to use a power adapter, power bank, or other power supply devices with a USB interface that comes standard with these voltages.
- Do not use a charger with a power output of less than 1 OW. If you like to achieve reverse charging for multi-devices, please use different power adapters according to the relevant devices.
- Please contact your service technician or retailer if you encounter any technical problems while using this device.
The following scenes are regarded as usual:
- A slightly uneven of brightness on the screen would occur and it is associated with the pattern of the desktop wallpaper you are using.
- Several hours after the image is displayed, the image previously displayed on the screen may be retained when the image is switched. The screen will slowly recover, or you can turn off the power for a few hours.
