Introduction
Precautions
Read all of the instructions before operating the set. Keep these instructions
well for future use.
Product
- Do not block or cover the ventilation openings on the back cover.
- Do not push objects of any kind into this unit through the cabinet slots as they could touch the current-carrying parts or short-circuit parts, resulting in fire, electric shock, or damage to the unit.
- Do not attempt to open the cabinet as this may cause damage. There are no parts inside you can service by yourself. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
- Do not touch the screen surface with fingers as this may scratch or mar the N screen.
- Do not impact the TV screen with hard pressure as this may damage the N screen severely.
Power and Plug
- Unplug the set under the following conditions:
– If the set will not be used for a long period of time.
– If the power cord or the power outlet/plug is damaged.
– Follow the instructions to install and adjust the product. Adjust those controls that are covered in this operating instructions as improper adjustment of other controls may result in damage. If this happens, unplug the set and refer to the service personnel.
– If the set is subject to impact or has been dropped to have the cabinet damaged.
Power Cord and Signal Cable
- Do not allow anything to rest on or roll over the power cord and the signal cable.
- Protect the power cord and the signal cable from being trampled.
- Do not overload the power cord or the power outlet.
- Do not expose the power cord and the signal cable to moisture.
Use Environment
- Do not place the set on an unstable cart, stand, or table.
- Place the set in a place that allows good ventilation.
- Do not use the set near damp, and cold areas. Protect the set from overheating.
- Keep the set away from direct sunlight.
- Apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
- Do not use the set near the dust place. Cleaning
- Dust the set by wiping the screen and the cabinet with a soft, clean cloth or some special liquid cleaner.
- Do not apply excessive force to the screen when cleaning.
- Do not use water or another chemical cleaner to clean the screen as this may damage the surface of the N screen.
Hanging theTV Set on the Wall
Warning: This operation requires two people.
To ensure a safe installation, observe the following safety notes:
- Check that the wall can support the weight of the N set and wall mount assembly.
- Follow the mounting instructions provided with the wall mount.
- The N set must be installed on a vertical wall.
- Make sure to use only screws suitable for the material of the wall
- Make sure that the N set cables are placed so that there is no danger of tripping over them.
All other safety instructions about our N sets are also applicable here.

Remote Control Functions
Most of your television’s functions are available via the menus that appear on
the screen. The remote control supplied with your set can be used to navigate
through the menus and configure all the general settings.
POWER
(On/0ff button) Turns the Non or off.
To mute and un-mute the sound.
** Enter into Using TV System menu.
To enter the SMART function interface.
To enter the source selection interface.
(up, down, left, and right direction buttons) Highlights different items in
the menu system and adjusts the menu controls. buttons can up or down through
the current channel list under TV source.
OK Confirms your selection.
Exit the menu and return to the previous menu.
Goes to the smart TV homepage.
Enter into the Quick Access Menu. El To Enter into a virtual keyboard.
Increases or decreases the N’s volume.
NETFLIX Goes to the Netflix homepage. YouTube
Goes to the YouTube homepage.
(Mic)Click to interact with Google Assistant on the TV. (Available only when
the network connection is normal.)
How to Pair Remote Control with the TV**
This is a Bluetooth remote control, and before using it, please pair it with
the TV first. The following steps are for your reference:
Step 1: Press a button to enter the home page.
Step 2: Press the fire button to enter the “RC pairing”.
Step 3: Follow the “Settings tips page”, Press OK, and in together.
Step 4: The screen will display “Pairing._”, Pair finished the screen will
display “Success!”.
NOTE: If you wait more than 2 minutes and it can’t pair,
please repeat the above steps for pairing again.
If you want to unpair the Bluetooth remote, As follow
Step 1: Press a ****button to enter the home page.
Step 2: Press to choose sand then press OK to enter.
Step 3: Press to select “Remotes & Accessories” and then choose the Bluetooth
remote name to enter the next steps.
Step 4: Press up▼in and then choose the OK button.
General Operation
Switching on
Follow the instructions on this page on how to switch on your TV set and the
remote control before going on to the following pages describing how to use
the channel set-up procedure.

Insert two batteries in the remote control.
Precautions on using batteries:
– Only use the battery types specified.
– Make sure you use the correct polarity.
– Do not mix new and used batteries.
– Do not use rechargeable batteries.
– Do not expose batteries to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or the like, throw them in a fire, recharge them or try to open them, as this could cause them to leak or explode.
– Remove the batteries from the remote control if you are not using them for a long period of time. -
Connect the power cable FIRST to the television, then to a mains socket. (Note: If the power cable is connected to the television, please only connect the power cable to the mains socket.)
• If your TV is connected to an AC supply Your TV set should only be connected to an AC supply. It must not be connected to a DC supply. If the plug is detached from the cable, do not, under any circumstances, connect I to o a mains socket, as there is a risk of electric shock.
• If your TV is connected to a DC supply Your N set should only be connected to a DC supply. It must not be connected to an AC supply. If the plug is detached from the cable, do not, under any circumstances, connect it to a mains socket, as there is a risk of electric shock. -
Connect an outside aerial to the ANTENNA IN socket at the back of the N set.

When powered on, the N will be turned on directly or be on standby. Note: For some models, switch the N on by pressing the power button.
If the power indicator lights up, the N set is in standby mode. Press the0 button on the remote control or on the N set to turn on the TV.
Switching off
• To put the TV set into standby mode, press the 0 buttons on the remote
control or on the TV, the TV set remains powered up, but with low energy
consumption.
• To switch off the N set, unplug the main socket from the main outlet.
Note: For some models, press the power button to switch off the N set.
Network Connection
To access the Internet, you must subscribe to a high-speed broadband Internet
service with your Internet service provider (ISP).
Your N can be connected to your home network in two ways:
- Wired, using the RJ45 (LAN) connector on the back panel.
- Wireless, using the internal wireless and your home wireless network.
Note: Instructions below are just the usual ways to connect your TV to the wired or wireless network. The connection method may be different depending on your actual network configuration. If you have any questions about your home network, please refer to your ISP.
Connecting to a wired network To connect to a wired network:

Ensure you have:
• An Ethernet cable long enough to reach your N
• A router or modem with an available Ethernet port
• A high-speed Internet connection
• An Ethernet (LAN) port on the back of the N -
Connect your Ethernet cable to the router and to the Ethernet port on the back of the TV.

Use the Network menu to configure the N.
Connecting to a wireless network
To connect to a wireless network:

Ensure you have:
• A router broadcasting a high-speed wireless signal
• A high-speed Internet connection -

TV – Initial Setup
Initial setup involves selecting all the settings required to be able to
search for and store all channels you can receive. Make sure that the
television is switched on and follow all the steps in turn specified
hereafter.
Note: If the channel search retrieved only a few channels it could be
caused by poor broadcasting and therefore is not covered by the manufacturer
warranty. Manufacturers cannot be held responsible for the lack of or poor
broadcasting in some areas. The first time you switch the set on, the initial
setup screen appears, which guides you through the initial setup process.
Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the initial setup process. Here
are some examples of initialization.
Step 1: Environment Press to select your environment. Then press OK to enter
the next step. Home Mode: You Would be able to view the standard settings for
Picture and sound modes. Shop Mode: You can enjoy enhanced settings for
Picture and Sound modes. Note: Picture menu settings will not be accessible
when you select Shop Mode. Step 2: Where are you? Press to select your
Country/Region. Press OK to confirm and move to the next step.
Step 3: Terms & Conditions Use to read Terms & Conditions, then press OK to
confirm and move to the next step.
Step 4: Channel installation Use to select Tunner mode: Antenna, Cable, or
Satellite; Type: Digital, Analogue, and All, then press OK to confirm and move
to the next step.
Step 5: Please check settings When all setup is done, the [ Please check
settings] interface displays on the screen, and press OK to finish the initial
setup You can also go back to the former step and make any changes by using 4
button
Homepage Operation
Note: This manual is for common use. Figures and illustrations in this
User Manual are provided for reference only and may differ from the actual
product appearance. And for some models, certain options are not available.
You can select all the features from the homepage. Press to display the
homepage. Press to select icons from the screen list. Press OK to enter each
option. To exit the menu, press

- Google Assistant: Click to interact with Google Assistant on the TV.
- Notifications: Remind you of system-critical information, such as low disk space, Google sign-in or account errors, network connectivity issues, etc.
- Input: Select the input source.
- Settings: Access the system setting.
- Apps: Show the list of favorite applications, or access the application center.
- Youtube: Browse this application to watch a wide variety of online videos.
- CUSTOMISE CHANNELS: Add and remove channels from your Home screen.

- The functions and contents of the “Home Page” may vary by different countries or models.
- Before using network functions on the home page like network applications and so on, please connect the TV to the network first.
- Icon copyrights are owned by the application providers.
Accessing channels v/Abuttons can up or down to switch channels. or open the
virtual keyboard and select the digital switching channel
Watching the connected device
Press SOURCE then press to select your desired source and then press OK to
confirm.
Note: The available source might differ depending on the model.
Volume control: press the VOL +/- buttons on the remote control or the
corresponding buttons on the set to increase or decrease the volume. Sound
mute: press the 0button to temporarily mute the sound. Press this button again
or the vol + button to restore the sound.
Using Quick Access Menu
Note: Some of the functions might be unavailable in certain sources. And for
some models, certain options are not available. This section explores the
menus and settings of your TV. Each menu is outlined and detailed to help you
get the most from your TV. To access the menu system:
- In TV mode, press on the remote control to display the quick access list.
- Press to select the desired item, then press OK to open the corresponding submenu.
- In the submenu, use and OK buttons to make the adjustments, or use to select an item, use OK to enter and operate according to the on-screen display or guide.
- Press 4-to return to the previous menu.
Display & Sound
Info: Select this option to view TV information.
Picture adjustments: Enter just picture mode or Advanced settings.
Screen: Select this option to adjust the picture size.
Sound adjustments: Select this option to set the sound adjustments.
Speakers: To enter TV speaker settinghs. HDMI
Settings: Enter to set up HDMI devices for streamlined control.
TV
FITS audio: Enter to check FITS audio(Only in ATV mode).
Scan channels: To set up Analogue or Digital channels.
Channel Organizer: Highlight the channels you want to move, then press the right arrow key. You can use the arrow keys to move the channel. if you want to delete the highlighted channel, press the OK key.
Using TV Settings
The Settings menu allows you to configure the TV with your preferences. Note:
Some of the functions might be unavailable in certain sources. And for some
models, certain options are not available. TV. Each menu is outlined and

- Press to select the desired item, then press OK to open the corresponding submenu.

Channels Setup
Analogue Setup – Analogue Auto Tuning: Press OK to start the automatic search process. The search may take a few minutes. During the process, you can press OK to abort. – Analogue Manual Tuning: Press OK to enter the interface. Press to set program, TV system, or color system item, then Press select Frequency and press OK to search channel.
– Teletext Setup
- Preferred Teletext: Press OK and the n use to select Preferred Teletext
- Decoding page language: Press OK and then use to select Decoding page language.
Digital Setup
– Digital Antenna Tuning: Press OK to start the automatic search process. The search may take a few minutes. During the process, you can press € and choose, YES to exit.
– Subtitle Setup:
- Subtitle Setting: Include off, Basic, Hearing impaired.
- Primary Preferred Language: Press OK and then use to select Primary Preferred Language.
- Second Preferred Language: Press OK and then use to select Second Preferred Language.
– Teletext Setup

to select Preferred Teletext. -
Decoding page language: Press OK and then use to select Decoding page language.
– Audio Setup
- Dialogue Enhancement: Include Off and On.
- Dialogue Enhancement Level: Press OK and then use to set Dialogue Enhancement Level.
- Audio Description: Include Off and On.
- Audio Description Mixing Level: Press OK and then use studio Description Mixing Level.
- Audio Type: Include Normal, Hearing impaired, and Visual impaired
- Primary Preferred Language: Press OK and then use to select Primary Preferred Language.
- Second Preferred Language: Press OK and then use to select Second Preferred Language.
Picture Adjustment:
– Picture Mode : Optimize picture quality for general content. Use to
scroll through the Picture preset settings: Standard, Dynamic, Movie, Sport,
and Personal.
– Advanced Settings: Access advanced picture enhancing options.
Brightness: Adjusts the brightness of the picture. Color: Adjusts the color
saturation.
Clarity: Advanced technique for picture enhancement. Reset: To reset
picture adjustment.
Display Setting: – Screen mode: Adjust the picture size. Use to scroll
through the Screen mode preset settings. – Auto screen: Automatically adjusts
screen mode based on the signal. Include On and Off. – Overscan: Adjust
overscan display, include on/off.
Sound Adjustment: Adjust sound and speaker-related options.
– Sound Mode: Optimize sound quality for general content. Use to scroll
through the sound preset settings: Sports, Standard, Cinema, Music, and News.
– Surround: Reproduces life-like surround sound when playing -5.1 channel
audio sources. include On and Off. – Advanced Setting: Access advanced sound-
enhancing options. Volume Setting:
- Auto Volume Keeps the volume level constant for all programs and inputs. Include On and Off.
- Balance: Adjust the speaker balance.
- Digital Audio Out Volume: Applied for PCM only. The volume levels between PCM and compressed audio will differ.
- Digital Audio Out Delay: Set the delay time for Digital Audio.
- Volume Offset: Adjust the sound level of the current input relative to other inputs.
Sound mode related:
- Surround effect: Use to scroll through the Surround effect.
- Equalizer: Use1 to scroll through Equalizer. Reset: To return all sound settings to factory default. Digital Audio Out: Optical out for audio signals from the Digital Audio Out.
Enjoy Music: Select this option to enter into Audio Only mode.
Fast Cast : An app that quickly delivers mobile content to the TV,
allowing users to quickly deliver multimedia content such as photos, videos,
music, and more to TV terminals. Fast Cast Step:
- Download the Fast Cast mobile App.
- Mobile and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Search the device and connect the TV.
Note:
- This function may be unavailable for some mobile devices, and it is subject to chipset support for the file format.
- Recommendations of working environments:
A: Local Area Network Speed recommendations on 1 M/S-2M/S.
B: Files required: MPLI. AV!. TS. FLI/. f4v. m3u8 (subject to chipset supported).
Sleep Timer :The options include:Off,10min,20min,30min, 60min,90min,120min,and 180nnin.
World clock: Enter to add World clock.
Night mode: Turn on to Keep brightness to prevent disturbing others.Clear brightness at a low level.
Language: Use to scroll through Language.
Environment: Enter to set Home or shop mode.
-Home Mode: You Would be able to view the standard settings for Picture and Sound Modes.
-Shop Mode: You can enjoy enhanced settings for Picture and Sound Modes.
Note: Picture menu settings will not be accessible when you select Shop
Mode.
Shop Demo: Enter to set E-show or E-sticker.
Note: E-sticker is not available for certain models. Power: Enter to set
Power mode.
– Wake on Wifi: Enable wake on WIFI Settings.
– Network stand by: Enable wake on Ethernet Settings.
Sleep Timer: Set the TV to turn off automatically.
Idle TV Standby: Select the inactivity time that the TV enters standby.
Available space: Show the system storage size and Memory size.

Other Information
Smart Player
Connect a USB device to a USB socket, the screen will show the USB file name, and then press OK to enter. If no USB device is connected, the USB interface will be not displayed.
Video:
- Select the Video icon, then press the OK button to view the movie file.
- Press the Up, Down, Left, or Right direction button to select your desired file and press OK to Play.
- While playing a Video, press OK Menu on the remote to display the play console. For the Play console, Press the Ok key of the remote to Play and Pause the video Rath key of the remote to Fast backward. Right key of remote to Fast forward.
- Use key to see more options: Photo Scale, Looping mode, Subtitle, Audio track, info, setting
- Press the Return key of the remote to Stop playing and Press Return to Exit

- Select the Picture icon, then presses the OK button to view the picture.
- Press the Up, Down, Left, or Right direction button to select your desired picture file and press OK to show.
- While showing a picture, press OK to display the play console. For Previous and Next use the remote left and Right keys.
- Use the OK key to see more options: Manual play, Information, Play mode, BGM: on or off.
Music:
- Select the Music icon, then presses the OK button to listen to Music
- Press the Up, Down, Left, or Right direction button to select your desired file and press OK to Play.
- The Play console includes Previous, Play/Pause, Fast backward/Fast forward, and Next. Press = key to see PlayList.
- Press the Return key of the remote to stop playing.
Disk:
- Select the Disk icon, then press the OK button to choose the folder.
- Press the Up, Down, Left, or Right direction button to select your desired file and press OK to Play.
- Press the Return key of the remote to stop playing.
Attention and Frequently Asked Questions
Attention: Some non-standard mobile storage devices may not be recognized.
Please change to use the standard device.
Note: For coding files, there are many kinds of non-standard coding
methods, so this system can not be guaranteed to support the file formats
using any coding method.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Under the following conditions, this system cannot decode the file and the file cannot be played normally: -The parameters of the file, such as the pixel of the picture, the code rate of audio and video file, the sampling rate of an audio file, exceed the limit of the system; -The format of the file is not matched or the file is harmless
- Hot-plug: Do not disconnection when the system is reading or transmitting data, avoid damaging the system or the device.
- Pay attention to the power supply of the device when you are using a mobile hard disk or a digital camera If the power supply is not sufficient or not stable, you may encounter problems during operating or can not operate at all. In this case, please restart the device, unplug the device and plug it in again, and ensure that its power supply is normal.
- The system supports standard USB1.1 and USB2.0 devices, such as standard U-disks, MP3 players, mobile hard disks, etc.
- For obtaining better audio and video quality, suggests using an external device that accords with the USB2.0 standard.
- When playing the video with a high compression ratio, these phenomenons, such as picture standstill and menu long time response, are normal.
- Some USB device with power supply, such as large size hard disk, MP4, etc., suggests using it with power to avoid electric power shortage.
Troubleshooting
Most problems you encounter with your TV can be corrected by consulting the
following troubleshooting list.
No picture, no sound
- Check if the fuse or circuit breaker is working.
- Plug another electrical device into the outlet to make sure it is working or turned on.
- The power plug is in bad contact with the outlet
- Check the signal source.
No color
- Change the color system.
- Adjust the saturation.
- Try another channel Black-white program may be received.
The remote control does not work
- Change the batteries.
- Batteries are not installed correctly.
- The main power is not connected.
No picture, normal sound
- Adjust the brightness and contrast
- Broadcasting failure may happen.
Normal picture, no sound
- Press the Vol+ button to increase volume.
- Volume is set to mute, press the mute button to restore sound.
- Change the sound system.
- Broadcasting failure may happen.
Unorderly ripples on the picture
It is usually caused by local interference, such as cars, daylight lamps a,
and hair driers. Adjust the antenna to minimize the interference.
Snowy dots and interference
If the antenna is located in the fringe area of a television signal where the
signal is weak, the picture may be marred by dots. When the signal is
extremely weak, it may be necessary to install a special antenna to improve
the reception.
- Adjust the position and orientation of the indoor/outdoor antenna
- Check the connection of the antenna.
- Fine-tune the channel.
- Try another channel Broadcasting failure may happen.
Ignition
Black spots or horizontal streaks appear, or the picture flutters or drifts.
This is usually caused by interference from the car ignition systems, neon
lamps, electric drills, or other electrical appliances.
Ghost
Ghosts are caused by the television signal following two paths. One is the
direct path, and the other is reflected from tall buildings, hills, or other
objects. Changing the direction or position of the antenna may improve the
reception.
Radiofrequency interference
This interference produces moving ripples or diagonal streaks, and in some
cases, loss of contrast in the picture. Find out and remove the radio
interference source.
If the TV is crashed
- Press the Power button to turn off the TV, then press the Power button a gain to reset the TV.
- Unplug the power cord, then press the Power button to reset the TV.
Note: If these 2 methods can not be resolved, please contact the after-sales to solve.
Base Installation
To fix the double support base on the unit with screws, the installation is
completed.
