  • A: Fixing lock
  • B: Diagnostic Switch
  • C: Status and diagnostic display
  • D: Module diagnostic and watchdog LEDs
  • E: Slave address switch, least significant digit
  • F: Slave address switch, most significant digit
  • G: RJ45 connector for Ethernet
  • H: Female DB9 connector for PROFIBUS fieldbus
  • I: Power supply connector

Instructions

  1. Slave address switch, least significant digit
  2. Slave address switch, most significant digit
  3. Ethernet 10/100Base-TX standard interface
  4. PROFIBUS DP network interface
  5. Shielding from the external power supply connection can be connected to terminal . Use 0.5 mm² cables
  6. The power supply is connected to terminals 24V and 0V. Use 0.5 mm² cables
  7. The module supplies the other modules through the connection to the backplane rack
  8. The module is grounded through the Nexto Series backplane racks altus-BCS-NX5210-PROFIBUS-DP-Head-3

Installation

  • Backplane rack occupation: 2 sequential slots

  • The module is grounded through the Nexto Series backplane racks.
