Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Unboxing and Preparation
Remove all parts from the carton and peel off any protective film before assembly. It is recommended to have two people for this step.
Step 2: Attaching Casters
Tilt the cart backward onto a protective surface. Attach the Locking Casters to the front positions and Casters to the rear positions using the provided screws, flat washers, and lock washers.
Step 3: Installing Side Shelves
Once the cart is upright, attach the left and right Side Shelves using the specified screws.
Step 4: Adding Handles
Attach the Drawer & Door Handles to the Drawers and Front Door using the Handle Screws provided.
Step 5: Barbecue Installation
Install the barbecue into the cart and secure it with screws through the designated holes on each side underneath the grates inside the BBQ.
Deluxe Cart Assembly Instructions
Model # CART-SIZ32-DC , CART-SF432-DC / CART-SIZ40-DC
- Step 1: Remove parts from the carton and remove all protective film prior to assembly. (2 people recommended for assembly)
- Step 2: Tilt the cart backward, down onto a protective surface, attach the 2 pcs Locking Casters (#1A) to the front positions and 2 pcs Casters (#1B) to the rear positions using 4 pcs of 10×24 screws (H-1), 4 pcs of Flat Washers (H-2) 4 pcs of Lock Washers (H-3) per caster.
- Step 3: Lean cart upright. Attach left and right Sides Shelves (#2) using 4 pcs 10×24 screws (H-1) per shelf.
- Step 4: Attach the Drawer & Door Handles (#3) to Drawers and Front Door using 2 pcs of Handle Screws (H-4) for each handle.
- Step 5: Finally, the barbecue is ready to be installed into the cart. Once installed, secure the barbecue head with 2 pcs 10×24 screws (H-1) through the holes that are on each side (underneath the grates inside bbq on right and left side toward front).
Note: Some adjustments may be needed to obtain proper placement or level positioning in the cart. Make sure to tighten all the screws with a screwdriver once the cart is level.
Note: The Propane tank is held in position by tightening the Tank Bracket Screw.
