WARNINGS

  • WARNING: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons which reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and use maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. · Do not keep and use the appliance in humid areas.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not use the appliance with wet hands or let water drop on the appliance. It may cause electric shock and injury. Do not operate the electrical appliance with wet hands or if the appliance is wet.

  • Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the appliance. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, it’s service agent or similar qualified persons, in order to avoid a hazard. Improper repairs may expose the user to considerable risk.
  • Never operate this appliance if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped into water.
  • Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Do not use extension cord to operate appliance. Plug the adapter directly in the electrical outlet.
  • Do not bend the electrical cord.
  • Keep cord away from the heated surfaces.
  • Check that the voltage indicated on the adapter corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance. ·
  • For additional protection, we advise you to install a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current non exceeding 30mA in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
  • Do not use the shaver for purposes other than styling human hair. Do not use the shaver to cut artificial hair.
  • The USB cable must not come into contact with water or other liquids as this may cause electric shock. Therefore, never use the shaver over a filled sink or while having a bath.
  • lf the shaver fall into water, immediately pull the mains adaptor out of the wall socket
  • Do not wash the shaver with water.
  • WARNING: Keep the shaver and the power cable dry.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
  • For your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
  • Unplug the shaver if you do not plan to use it for a long time, or if the shaver malfunctions during use, also during thunderstorms and when cleaning.
  • Take care not to damage the power cable. Do not bend, extend, twist or otherwise manhandle it. Do not place heavy objects on the power cable or squeeze it as this may create a risk of electric shock or fire. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a designated maintenance agent in order to avoid a dangerous situation.
  • Do not plug in or pull out the power adaptor with wet hands or you may receive an electric shock.
  • Do not wash the shaver body or power adaptor with water or expose them to water as this may create a risk of electric shock or short circuit.
  • The power adaptor must be pulled out of the mains socket before maintenance is carried out, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock. · Please keep these instructions for future reference.
  • Incorrect handling of the batteries can lead to an explosion or to acid burns.
  • Never attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
  • Avoid contact of the fluid in the battery with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
  • Never take apart the housing of the device.
  • Do not use the device if you have roacea, on moles, warts, injured, infected or (sun)burnt skin.
  • Do not place heavy objects on the device.

USE

What to do before first use:

  • Remove the packaging material and inspect the device for damage.
  • Do not operate the device if it is damaged in any way. Return it to your seller immediately.
  • Never expose the shaver to temperatures below -10°C or higher than +40°C for long periods of time.
  • In order to get an ideal cutting effect, check all accessories of product, as well as clean and maintain the product.

INTENDED USE

  • ·Warning! Only use the device externally. · The device is intended to be used for dry shaving of body hair. It is not suitable for removing head hair. Do not use on your face! · Any incorrect use can be dangerous! · The skin and bodyhair must be clean and dry when being cut. · Removes unwanted hairs on arms & legs · The device is designed for personal use only and it not intended for commercial applications. · The devise should only be used as describe in the operating instructions. Any other use is deemed to be improper.

USING THE APPLIANCE

  • Remove the protective cap from the device.
  • Press the on/off switch (4). The device and its light (3) switch on.
  • Place the shaver heads (1) on the skin and guide them counter to the direction of hair growth while making circular motions. Tip: Use your free hand to smooth down the skin to obtain the cleanest possible result.
  • After use press the on/off switch again to switch off the device.
  • Clean the shaver heads after each use.
  • Charge the battery when the light flashes.

CHARGING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY

  • Charge the rechargeable battery. Before first use, the hair shaver must be fully charged.
  • Make sure the shaver is turned off.
  • Insert the connector of the USB charging cable into the shaver micro USB socket (6) and the A connector into the socket of USB mains adapter and plug it into a mains socket whose voltage corresponds to the specification on the rating plate. The charging process begins. The light (3) flashes while charging. When the battery is fully charged, the light goes out.
  • Charging time: 2.5 hours.
  • Using time when fully charged: 1.5 hours.
  • First pull the USB mains adaptor out of the plug socket and then disconnect the USB cable from device.
  • Note: the shaving function is blocked during the charging process.

CLEANING

  • Press the release button (7) and flip open the collection container (2). Dispose of the hair which is collected in it.
  • Use the cleaning brush to thoroughly brush out the collecting container and the shaver heads (1).
  • Flip the container shut. It must engage.
  • Whipe down the housing of the device if necessary with a slightly damp cloth. Then dry thoroughly.
  • Place the protective cap on the shaver heads.
  • Store the device out of the reach of children and animals in a dry, clean, cool but frost-free place.

STORAGE

Unplug the appliance, allow to cool and store in its box or in a dry place. Never store it while it is hot or still plugged in.

WARRANTY

For 24 months after date of purchase in respect of defects found – at our discretion – to be due to faulty workmanship or material. The warranty is valid only with a receipt.
