Product Usage Instructions

Before First Use

  1. Pour 1450 ml of water into the tank.
  2. Place the nylon filter in the funnel (do not add coffee), then close the lid of the water tank.
  3. Place the jug on the warming plate. Connect to a power source, : shows on the screen.
  4. Press any key, 12:00 is displayed on the screen.
  5. Press the button once, the red indicator lights up, and the drains automatically after a while. After some seconds, press the button again, the blue light lights up and the appliance switches to automatic preparation mode. The blue light turns off and the red light turns on, the unit enters the coffee brewing phase, and it will automatically turn off after 35 minutes after the end of the preparation. Press the button three times again.
  6. When the coffee preparation is finished, you can empty the water from the tank and clean it thoroughly.

Prepare Your Coffee

  1. Open the water tank cover, and pour drinking water into the water tank according to the mark on the tank.
  2. Place the nylon net in the funnel.
  3. Add the ground coffee to the nylon filter using a measuring spoon. A spoonful of ground coffee makes a cup of coffee, but you can adjust it yourself according to your taste.
  4. Close the water tank cover, then plug the unit into the power source, the display will show 12:00.
  5. Place the carafe on the warming plate, making sure that the centre line of the carafe is aligned with that of the funnel. Press any key.

  • Steam may escape from the appliance if the top cover is not closed properly during operation.
  • Be careful not to burn yourself. Some parts of the appliance become hot during operation.
  • Avoid touching these parts. Use the handle to pick up the jug.
  • Do not leave the empty carafe on the warming plate when it is still hot; the carafe could crack.

BEFORE FIRST USE

For the first cup of coffee to taste great, you need to rinse the coffee maker with hot water by doing the following:

  1. Pour 1450 ml of water into the tank.
  2. Place the nylon filter in the funnel (do not add coffee), then close the lid of the water tank.

SETTING THE CLOCK AND PROGRAMMING THE  AUTOMATIC START
The device has a preset function, after preparation:

  1. Press the button to set the current time and present time.
  2. When the LCD displays CLOCK, press the keys to complete the current time from 0:00 to 23:59.
  3. When the LCD displays TIMER, press the buttons to set the auto-on time from 0:00 to 23:59.
  4. Aroma intensity can be selected by choosing a “ Two “; or three coffee beans” by pressing the button
  5. Press the key once and the red lamp lights the appliance enters the coffee preparation phase and switches off 35 minutes after the end of preparation
  6. Press the key twice and the blue light turns on in the automatic readiness state. The blue light goes out and the light red lights up. The appliance starts to prepare coffee when the programmed time has arrived
  7. Press three times on , to switch off the device

WARNING : Do not leave the coffee maker unattended while brewing coffee, as you sometimes have to operate it manually

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Turn off the power source and allow coffee maker to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Regularly clean the housing of the coffee maker with a sponge, as well as the water tank, the insulating panel, the funnel, the filter and the jug, then dry them.
  3. Note: Do not clean with alcohol or solvent. Never immerse the housing in water to clean it.
  4. Open the lid of the water tank, remove the funnel and filter or rotate the funnel counterclockwise, then remove the funnel and filter (these are two common modes for remove the funnel from the coffee machine), then you can clean it with a cleaning product, then rinse with clear water.
  5. Clean all accessories in water and dry them thoroughly.

CLEANING MINERAL DEPOSITS
For your coffee maker to work efficiently, you should clean the mineral deposits left by the water every three months or depending on the water quality in your area and the frequency of use of the appliance, the detail is as follows: fill the jug with 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 cold water, pour the water and vinegar mixture into the reservoir, infuse the water-vinegar solution according to “Before first use”, repeat the operation until no more yellow liquid comes out if necessary, then pour the mixture, infuse with tap water until there is no more odour of vinegar.
