• Can this neckband mold into any shape. I purchase one recently that can bend and twist and turn which is very annoying. I need to know if this stays
  can’t bend, it’s set in u shape

• Are these made by the same company as the evil x1? they look identical, but updated.
  Not sure. Used the last pair for 18 months before wore out.

• My multifunction button is not multi-functional. it can only power on and off. it doesn’t play or pause music. can i fix this, or am i screwed?
  You can’t not do anything about it.

• Are both ends of the charging cable USB-c? or, does it plug into any USB charging station?
  It comes with a small charging connector that plugs into one side of the headset and the other end of the charger plugs into a USB port.

• Do these headphones feature humans saying things like “power off” or do they expect users to decipher beep-boop-beep sequences?
  It says Power on Power Off and Headset is connected.

• Will they work well with my windows 10 laptop with intel wireless Bluetooth 4.0?
  Mine doesn’t work with my iPhone 13. It is defective. I was supposed to return it but it isn’t worth it to drive to kohl’s to ship this to the seller for free.
  

• Is it possible to disable the audible caller id function?
  No

• Will this pair with a Nintendo Switch Lite?
  If the switch has Bluetooth, yes

• How do I charge them?
  There are two sound controls for the Bluetooth. The right side has a USB micro charger cord slot like you find on just about everything except Apple products. Just plug it in and charge the headphones. I have been very happy with mine. They are very comfortable and actually stay in my ears when I am active.

• Are these good to talk to customers with? Will they be able to hear me okay? And can I hear them okay?
  Yes! This is perfect, and the best thing is its Bluetooth connection
