Troubleshooting
- No Image after Connection: Reboot your laptop while keeping the connection.
- Flickering Screen/Black screen: ①Please upgrade the graphics driver of your computer. ②Try some other HDMI ports.
- No Audio: Go into System Preferences → Sound → Output. There should be an option to convert the audio output from your laptop/desktop to the TV or other devices.
- No signal on Monitor/No Monitor option listed in computer’s display properties: Turn on your Monitor → Select HDMI channel (Signal Source→HDMI Mode) → Turn on your PC.

- Products are suitable for use in areas below 2000m altitude.
- The maximum working environment must not exceed 40 degrees Celsius/104 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Please avoid using the cable in a humid environment.
- Please do not disassemble the cable.
- Please avoid contact with strong acid substances or long-term use in acidic environments.
