Tips:

Troubleshooting:

No Image after Connection: Reboot your laptop while keeping connection.
Flickering Screen/Black screen: ①Please upgrade the graphics driver of your computer. ②Try some other DP ports.
No Audio: Go into System Preferences → Sound → Output. There should be an option to convert the audio output from your laptop/desktop to the TV or other devices.
No signal on Monitor/No Monitor option listed in computer’s display properties: Turn on your Monitor → Select DisplayPort channel (Signal Source→Display Port Mode) → Turn on your PC.

Attention:

Products are suitable for use in areas below 2000m altitude.
The maximum working environment must not exceed 40 degrees Celsius/104 degrees Fahrenheit.
Please avoid using the cable in a humid environment.
Please do not disassemble the cable.
Please avoid contact with strong acid substances or long-term use in acidic environments.
