- You are responsible for the safety in the work area.
- If the cable or the plug is damaged due to external influences, never repair them yourself! The cable must be exchanged for a new one, a job that should only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
- The alternating voltage of 230 V indicated on the nameplate of the device must march the existing mains voltage.
- Never lift, transport, or fasten the device by the power cord.
- Make sure that the electrical plug connections are protected from flood or moisture.
- Pull the power plug before working on the device.
- Avoid exposing the device to direct water jets.

Resistance
- The maximum temperature of the pumped liquid should not exceed +35 ℃ in continuous operation.
- Never transfer flammable, gassing, or explosive liquids with this pump.
- Never use the pump for other liquids, especially engine fuels, cleaning agents, and other chemical products!
Electrical connection
- The electrical connection is made to a 230 V ~ 50 Hz protective contact socket. Fuse protection at least 10 A.
- The indicator lamp inside the switch lights up when the engine is switched on.
- The motor is protected against overloading or blocking by the thermal motor protection built-in.
In case of overheating, the overheating protection of the motor switches the pump off automatically.
After cooling down, the pump automatically switches on again.
Installation
The pump is installed as follows: either in a fixed position with fixed piping or in a fixed position with flexible piping.
Please note!
- When installing, make sure that the pump does not hang loose on the pressure line or the power cable. The submersible motor pump must be hung up on the supplied handle or rest on the floor of the shaft.
- To ensure that the pump functions properly, the bottom of the shaft must always be free of sludge or other dirt.
- If the water level is too low, the sludge in the sump can dry up quickly and prevent the pump from starting. It is therefore necessary to check the submersible motor pump regularly by performing a start-up test.
- The float switch is set so that it can be put into immediate operation.
Note: The pump shaft should have at least the dimensions of 40×40×50 cm so that the float switch can move freely.
Mains connection
This wastewater pump is already provided with a safety plug. The pump is intended for connection to a safety socket with 230 V ~ 50 Hz. Make sure that the socket is adequately fused (at least 6 A) and functional. Insert the pump plug into the socket, the pump is ready for operation.
Important: If the power cord or plug is damaged due to external
influences, never repair them yourself!
The cable must be replaced with a new one, a job that should only be carried
out by a qualified electrician.
Functionality
The pumps are equipped with an open or closed impeller mounted at the end of the drive shaft. They are surrounded by a large, circular chamber and a base plate with a mechanical interior. The suction opening inside the base plate is in direct contact with the liquid to be pumped. The rotating impeller transfers kinetic energy centrifugally into the circular chamber, where part of the kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy. The specific design of the rotary impeller optimizes the hydraulic efficiency without impairing the performance of the pump in processing muddy liquids with solids and short fibers without the risk of clogging.
