Welcome to T-Mobile
Thank you for choosing T-Mobile PrePaid.
- T-Mobile PrePaid allows you to make low cost calls, without being stuck to a contract. You only pay for what use and you choose a tariff that suits you best. That way you will always know exactly how things stand.
- Of course, T-Mobile PrePaid also offers you all kinds of other benefi ts. For example, you can save free points for more calling credit, and you can very simply check and top up your calling credit anywhere and anytime you want.

Getting started with T-Mobile PrePaid.
- Carefully place the SIM card in your phone.
- Switch on your phone (make sure the battery is fully charged).
- Enter the PIN code, which comes with the SIM card.
Your mobile phone is now ready to use.
NB:
- Keep your PIN code in a safe place. You should also keep the PUK code in a safe place, as you will need this if you have forgotten your PIN code or have entered the wrong PIN code three times.
- You can change your PIN code via the menu on your mobile phone.
- If your phone is Internet and/or MMS enabled, you will automatically receive the correct settings by SMS. If you save these settings, your phone is also ready for Internet and MMS use.
Choose a tariff that suits you best
T-Mobile PrePaid means you automatically call with Prepaid Standard, but you can always change the tariff. You can do so once a month via My T-Mobile or by sending a free text message to 1414, stating the name of the tariff plan (e.g. Prepaid Bonus SMS). If you are a keen text messager, you should opt for Bonus SMS. If you then top up by at least € 10.00, you will get 300 free text messages in the following month. If you want to know how many free text messages you have left in the month, call 1348 free of charge and you will be sent a text message showing a status overview.
Checking calling credit balance
You can check your balance at anytime by calling 1244. If you are out of credit, you will still be able to receive calls within The Netherlands.
- Check calling credit balance while abroad.
You can check your balance abroad, by calling 1344. The call will be disconnected and you will receive an SMS message with your current balance.
Topping up calling credit
You can top up your T-Mobile PrePaid calling credit in various ways. You can top up online or use a top up voucher, for instance.

T opping up using a voucher.
You can top up your balance using a T-Mobile voucher which you can buy at many different retail outlets such as T-Mobile Shops, telecom shops, supermarkets and drugstores. Call 1244 free of charge and follow the instructions on how to top up using the code on the voucher. -
Online top-up.
Online top-up allows you to top up both easily and safely via www.t-mobile.nl/Opwaarderen
Call credit validity
Every time you use your T-Mobile PrePaid sim card ‘actively’, T-Mobile extends the validity of your call credit balance with six months. ‘Active usage’ means all incoming and outgoing calls, outgoing text messages, internet usage and top ups.
Internet on your mobile phone
Prepaid mobile Internet from T-Mobile gives you the whole Internet on your mobile phone, with a download speed of up to 384 Kb per second. It is ideal for checking your mail while in the train, or for catching up on the latest news. The great thing is you never pay more than € 2.50 per day. That way you once again know exactly how things stand.
Full control with My T-Mobile
My T-Mobile is your own secure page at www.t-mobile.nl. It is where you can change your phone settings, check your calling credit, request products and services and a whole lot more besides. You can access My T-Mobile using your own user name and password. Registering is easy via www.t-mobile.nl/my
Free calling credit with T-Mobile Speciaal
With T-Mobile Speciaal you can automatically save for extra calling credit, lovely gifts and gadgets. You will receive one credit for every euro you top up. Why not register via My T-Mobile at www.t-mobile.nl/speciaal, free of charge, and receive your fi rst credits, which you can exchange for free calling credit.
T-Mobile Voicemail
If you can’t take any calls, your calls will automatically be forwarded to your voicemail. If someone has left you a message, you will receive an SMS to tell you about this. You can access your voicemail by dialling 1233. You can also record a welcome message or personalize your voicemail settings via this number.
T-Mobile Customer Service
If you would like to fi nd out more about T-Mobile PrePaid or have any other questions, please visit www.t-mobile.nl/prepaid or call T-Mobile Customer Service. T-Mobile Customer can be contacted by dialling 1200 on your mobile. If you are calling from a landline or from abroad please call +31 6 2400 1200. Please visit our website, for the latest Customer Service tariff and opening hours.
Loss or theft
- If your mobile Phone or SIM card has been lost or stolen, please contact
- T-Mobile Customer Service as quickly as possible on +31 6 2400 1200 (please visit our website, for the latest Customer Service tariff).
- Your SIM card will be blocked immediately. T-Mobile Customer Service can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of a loss or theft.
- As you are paying by means of iDeal, the top up amount will be added to your balance straightaway.
Calling credit validity
Each time you actively use your T-Mobile PrePaid SIM card, T-Mobile will extend the validity of your calling credit balance by six months. ‘Active use’ refers to all incoming and outgoing calls, SMS messages, Internet use and top ups.
