IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electric appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handle or knobs.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or any parts of the oven in water or other liquids.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not operate appliance with damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner, return the appliance to the nearest Authorized Service Center for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause hazard or injury.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven, or in a microwave oven.
- When operating the oven, keep at least 12 cm of space on all sides of the oven to allow for adequate air circulation.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use, or before cleaning. Let it to cool down before putting on or taking off parts, or before cleaning.
- Do not cover any part of the oven with metal foil. This may cause overheating of the oven.
- Extreme caution should be exercised when removing tray or disposing of hot grease or other hot liquids.
- Do not clean the oven with metal scouring pads. Metal chippings would touch electrical parts, and endanger a risk of electric shock.
- A fire may occur if the oven is covered by or placed near the flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation. Do not store any item on the oven during operation.
- Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed if anything other than metal or glass.
- Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: cardboard, plastic, paper, or anything similar.
- Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer’s recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
- To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet. Always hold the plug, but never pull the cord.
- Always wear protective, insulated oven mitts when inserting or removing items from the hot oven.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- This appliance is for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
- The accessible surfaces are liable to get hot when the appliance is operating.
- Glass Door cannot support goods in the fully open position.
- The appliance is not intended to be controlled by an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Caution, hot surface! The temperature of accessible surface may be high when the appliance is operation. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handle or knobs.
- Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in an electric oven as they may create a fire or risk or electric shock.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- The temperature of the door or the outer surface may be higher when the appliance is working.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- For appliance with type Y attachment, if the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its services agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Rear surface of appliances should be placed against a wall and are not accessible with test probe 41 of EN61032.

HOW TO USE THE ELECTRIC OVEN
Before use:
- Read all instructions included in this manual.
- Make sure oven is unplugged and Timer Knob is in the “OFF” position.
- Remove all accessories and wash it in hot sudsy water or in dishwasher.
- Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble in oven. Plug oven into outlet and you are ready to use your new cooker with Convection and Grill.
- It may result in smell or smoke for the first use. This is normal. It is due to the protective substance on heating elements, which avoids salt effects during shipping from factory. So it is recommended operating oven dry for about 15 minutes at the first, moreover, making sure to keep good ventilation of the room. When using the oven:
- Confirm the marked power consumption is in conformity with your household electric power.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter to avoid that children may stumble over.
- If the supply cord is damaged, the oven should not be used before it is repaired.
- Oven should be sent to the manufacturer, authorized service agent or a similarly qualified person to repair in order to avoid a hazard. This unit has a short power supply cord to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a long cord. An extension cord may be used if you are careful in its use:
- The electric rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
- An extension cord with the power cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or table top where they can be pulled on by children or tripped over accidentally.
Components oven
Temperature Knob: choose the desired temperature from 90℃ to 230℃.
Rotisserie & Convection Function Knob: choose rotisserie and/or
convection function. Choose rotisserie function ( ) or convection function( )
or rotisserie and convection functions work together( )
Note: Convection function combines hot air movement by means of a fan. It provides faster cooking in many cases than regular radiant types ovens. The fan gently sends air to every area of the food, quickly browning, crisping and sealing in moisture and flavor. It produces more even temperature all around the food by air movement, so that food cooks evenly versus the normal ovens. The convection feature allows cooking at lower temperatures, which saves energy and helps keep the kitchen cooler. Convection air is superheated and it circulates around the food so it cooks food significantly faster than normal ovens.
Heating Function Knob: choose desired heating functions: upper heating, lower heating, dual heating. Timer Knob: turn control to the right (clockwise) and the oven will turn off automatically at the end of the selected time and a bell will ring. When setting the Timer to less than 5 min, turn it to more than 6 min. and then back to the selected time.
Power Indicator: It is illuminated whenever the timer is turned on.
Rotisserie Power Indicator: it is illuminated whenever the rotisserie is
turned on.
Convection Power Indicator : it is illuminated whenever the convection is
turned on.
Grill Rack: for toasting, baking, and general cooking in casserole dishes
and loading standard pans.
Food Tray: for use in broiling and roasting various foods that contain
water or will release water or oil during cooking.
Food Tray Handle: allows you to pick up the food tray and grill rack to
avoid any scald.
Rotisserie Kit: composed of a shaft and 2pcs of forks with screw. For use
in broiling and roasting chicken and various food.
Rotisserie Kit Handle: for use in taking rotisserie kit out of electric
oven.
Using Your Oven:
- Select cooking mode with the Function Knobs.
- Use the temperature knob to select your desired temperature.
- Place the food on the grill rack or Food tray and close the oven door.
- Do not use any paper or plastic container.
- Use Food tray for any food that is small in size or likely to drip while cooking.
- Place the food evenly on the grill rack.
- Insert the power plug into the socket.
- Set the cooking function and desired time.
- When cooking finished, turn the Timer knob to “Off-0” position.
- Remove the power plug from the socket after cooking.
USING THE ROTISSERIE FUNCTION:
- Set the temperature knob to 230℃.
- Insert the meat or poultry that you are going to cook onto the rotisserie shaft and make
- sure that the meat or poultry is secured tightly onto the shaft with the forks and screws. Make sure that the meat or poultry is centered onto the shaft.
- Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie shaft into the drive socket located on the right
- hand side of the oven wall. Make sure that the square end of the rotisserie shaft rests on the rotisserie shaft support located on the left hand side of the oven wall.
- Slide the bake tray onto the lowest position to catch the food drippings.
- Choose rotisserie function. If convection is desired please choose rotisserie and
- convection functions work together.
- Set desired time.
- When cooking finished, turn the Timer knob to “Off-0” position..
- Remove the rotisserie shaft from the oven by placing the hooks of the rotisserie kit
- handle under the grooves on either side of the rotisserie shaft, lift the left side of the rotisserie shaft first by lifting it up and out. Then pull the rotisserie shaft out of the drive socket and carefully remove the roast from the oven.
Note: the weight of the food which is put on the food tray/grill rack cannot be over 3.5kg. (just for reference). The food cannot concentrate on one side of the food tray/grill rack, you would better try your best to make the food put on the food tray/grill Rack evenly
Positioning of the Wire Rack:
- Cookies – use the bottom and middle support guides.
- Layer Cakes – use the bottom support guide only (bake one at a time).
- Pies – use the bottom and middle support guides.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- It is important that you clean the appliance after each use to prevent an accumulation of grease and avoid unpleasant odors.
- Allow the appliance to cool and unplug from outlet before cleaning.
- Do not immerse appliance in water or wash it under waterspout.
- Removable wire rack, bake pan, crumb tray can be washed, as normal kitchenware.
- Clean outside of appliance with a damp sponge.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the oven, as scratching may weaker it and cause shattering.
- Let all parts and surfaces dry thoroughly prior to plugging oven in and using.
DISPOSAL OF THE OLD DEVICE
Old electric and electronic devices frequently still contain valuable materials. However, they also contain damaging substances, which were necessary for their functionality and safety. If these were put in the non recyclable waste or were handled incorrectly, they could be detrimental to human health and the environment. Therefore, do not put your old device into the non-recyclable waste under any circumstances.

- Utilize the collection point, established in your town, to return and recycle old electric and electronic devices. If necessary, contact your town hall, local refuse collection service or your dealer for information.
- Ensure that your old device is stored safely away from children until it is taken away.

You have to be registered for warranty with your supplier.
This warranty is subject to the following provisions:
- We provide a 24 month guarantee for this product, commencing from the date of sale, for faults
- which are attributable to production or material faults.
- Your legal guarantee entitlements in accordance with § 439 ff. BGB-E remain unaffected by this.
- The guarantee does not include damages, which were incurred as a result of improper handling or use, as well as malfunctions which only have a minor effect on the function or the value of the device. Consumables, transit damages, inasmuch as we are not responsible for these, as well as damages, which were incurred as a result of any repairs that were not performed by us, are also excluded from the guarantee entitlements.
- This device is designed for use in domestic situations and has the appropriate performance levels.
- Any use in commercial situations is only covered under the guarantee to the extent that it would be comparable with the stresses of being used in a domestic situation. It is not intended for any additional, commercial use.
- In the event of justified complaints, we will repair the faulty device at our discretion or replace it with a troublefree device. Any pending faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery. All further claims are excluded. To enforce a guarantee claim, please contact us prior to returning the device (always provide us with proof of purchase).
