TReBS 99333 Pasta Machine
First read through these instructions carefully and keep for future reference. Check whether the mains voltage in your home is the same as that of the appliance (220 Volt). This pasta maker is an excellent, fully automatic pasta machine for homemade pasta. The powerful motor makes the most beautiful pasta within a short time. Equipped with 10 different attachments that allow you to make different types of pasta. The appliance is also easy to clean and the detachable parts are dishwasherresistant.
INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL SAFETY RULES
Unpacking
- Don’t allow children or people with restricted physical abilities to play with the packing materials. Plastic bags and polystyrene parts represent a real suffocation danger!
- Extract the home appliance and any respective accessorize from the box.
- Remove the device and any respective accessorize from the plastic envelopes, carton packages and or polystyrene parts
- It is suggested to keep the original packages for at least 30 days after the purchase, also in case in the future you will need to pack up again the device.
- Before every usage, remove all the packaging material and wash any removable component which will get in contact with food (as shown at the paragraph “CLEANING AND MANTAINANCE”).
- Make sure that everything will be completely dry before reassemble the device.
- Assemble the device as shown in this operating manual.
- Control that the device is complete with all the accessorizes, and that it doesn’t present abnormalities, failures or damages and therefore that it is perfectly working.
- In case it turns out that the device is not complete or it shows clear aesthetic damages due to collisions or tumbles, do not insert the power plug in the socket and bring it to an authorized assistance point for a check-up.
Packages disposal
- Paper and carton of this home appliance are recyclable.
- In any case do not deposit the package in the common garbage or scatter it in the environment.
- Packages must be disposed in a differentiate way, separating them by typologies as per the rules in force in your country inorder to favor the recycle process of raw materials.
- Contact your Municipality or to authorized garbage dump center point for related and more detailed information.
- This home appliance has been applied to the law relating to the recycling of packaging for consumption goods through the National Packaging Consortium.

PARTS DESCRIBTION PRODUCT
- Body: the power source of product, provide power.
- Mixing bowl: hold flour and other ingredients.
- Fastening plate: cooperate with mixing axle; make the mixing flour form dough.
- Screw nut: fix extruding head.
- Extruding axle: extruding pasta.
- Mixing axle: mix flour and water.
- Top cover: operate locking device in the body, with safe protection function.
- Ravioli tool: for making of ravioli
- Extruding discs: make 10 different shapes of pasta.
- Extruding head: fix extruding discs.
- Cleaning scraper: scrape flour when measuring flour, cut pasta, clean discs with two heads of needle.
- Discs box: to store the different discs.
- Water cup: measure water, vegetable juice and the mixture of egg and water.
- Flour cup: to measure flour.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BUTTON OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
ON/OFF
Connecting to the power, the machine will have beep sound, and displays”—-“.
Pressing “ON/OFF”, displays “ON”, the machine will enter standby mode.
The machine will stop working and standby if press the “ON/OFF” during the working process.
“1 cup” or “2 cups ” or “3 cups” or “4 cups”
According to the amount of flour, press “1 cup” or “2 cups ” or “3 cups” or “4 cups” .
The machine starts working with displaying countdown time.
Motor starting, driving dough device to dough for 4 minutes for 1 cup flour, 3 minutes for 2 cups/3 cups/4 cups then reverse to start extruding work.
The machine will stop automatically and display “—-“when finish extruding pasta, the whole process for “1 cup” is 11 minutes/”2 cups” is 12 minutes/”3 cups” is 15 minutes/”4 cups” is 18 minutes.
Extrude
After automatically function finished, if there are some dough left in the
mixing bowl, please press “Extrude” function to extrude the remained dough.
The countdown time for “Manual” function is 5 minutes.
Do not use this function before water and flour are mixed well. Otherwise may cause malfunction, affecting the life of the machine.
Knead
If only need to mix the dry flour with water, please press “Knead” button; the
machine will knead the dough for 4 minutes, and the ready dough can be took
out from the machine after it stopped.
This product can intelligent identify the hardness of mixing flour and water. It is a normal phenomenon that the mixing axle will repeatedly reverse in the working process. If the digital display indicates “E1” after repeatedly reversing, please check whether the flour is too dry or some foreign bodies inside. If no foreign bodies inside, please add proper amount of water and choose “Extrude” function after two minutes’ mixing. If it still cannot work normal, we suggest to disconnect the power and clean flours in disc and check whether it is blocked by flours or other bodies. Please reconnect the power and continue to use, if it still display “E1”, please contact the Assistance for maintenance.
Do not add any non-liquid ingredients except flour during the working process.
(Eggs are required mixing with water.)
Do not open the top cover, unscrew the disc nut to open the fastening plate or
touch the mixing axle by hand in the working process, to avoid accident.
USAGE METHODS
Choose disc
Be sure to tighten the disc nut avoid affecting making pasta.
The pasta extruding time is related to the shape of discs. Due to the small
hole of thin spaghetti, it is a normal phenomenon that need about 3 minutes
for extruding before the pasta comes out.
ATTENTION: During the operation it is possible to change the extruding
discs; but ONLY after switch OFF the pasta maker.

Eggs liquid must be mixed with water before using. ALWAYS USE MORE WATER
THEN EGGS, otherwise the consistence will be too thick.
The Ultrathin Spaghetti water added amount needs 10ml more than standard, as
the holes on this disc are very small, it will need 2-3 minutes more to be
normal extruding.
The maximum amount of dry flour is 640g (four cups), water added amount is
200ml (±10ml deviation according to flour humidity).
The minimum amount of dry flour is 160g (one cup), water added amount is 60ml
(±5ml deviation according to flour humidity).
Carefully add flour and water in accordance with the recommended amount in
reference table. Otherwise the pasta is too dry or too wet and can cause parts
damaged.
Do not kneading dough before ensure the flour and water are mixed uniform when
use manual function, in case the discs’ holes are blocked by dry flour, which
will lead to parts damaged.
This product with intelligent control program; it will stop automatically
after a pasta-made period. If you want to continue to use,
please wait for 20-30 minutes, until the motor is cool, this method help to
extend the product life.
It is forbidden to use beyond capacity.
Be sure to operate in strict accordance with recommended ratio of flour and
water.
Abnormal failure caused by not operating according to manual is out of the
scope of warranty.
Pasta making process

Open the top cover
-
Measuring flour: measuring standard; please use the cleaning scraper lever the flour. The flour quantity is subject the flat cups.

Measuring water: please put the water measuring cup on the flat table, check the scale line from a horizontal viewing

Pour flour into the mixing bowl
-
Insert the top cover to the right place in body.
-
Connect to power; press “On/Off” button.
Press button “cup 1 , 2, 3 or 4” according the flour amount. When the mixing axle start moving, pour proper amount of water into mixing bowl, according to the ratio of flour and water in reference table. -
After about 10 minutes, the machine alarm, pasta making are finished automatically.
Tips: the holes in the top cover cannot be choked, they must be able to drip water slowly.
Please mix eggs together with water to measure when making egg pasta. Do not add the mixture into flour directly.
ATTENTION: Do not use vegetables blended but only juice . -
Extra Ravioli Tool
The machine is equipped with an accessory to make ravioli.
a + b) Choose dumpling wrapper discs thickness 0.8mm or 1.2mm, spread a thin layer of dough on a shelf and cut out the shape of the ravioli with the accessory.
c) Place the paste form that is obtained directly on the accessory and fill with desired filling.
d) Close the accessory matching the sides, lightly press.
e) Remove the ravioli when ready.
DISASSEMBLE INSTRUCTIONS
Disassemble steps
Be sure to turn off the machine and disconnect the power before disassembling.
- Unscrew the screw nut (part 4) in a counterclockwise direction and take out the disc.
- Take out the extruding axle and extruding head.
- Press the top cover hook, lift the end surface of top cover, and remove it.
- Unlock the fastening plate in a counterclockwise direction.
- Take out the mixing axle.
- Take out the mixing bowl.
Assemble steps
Be sure to turn off the machine and disconnect the power before assembling.
- Mount mixing bowl on the body, insert mixing axle into exposed motor shaft in mixing bowl with pointing to the hexagon holes. lf it is cocked, rotate the mixing axle slighting, it will be successfully installed to right place.
- Lock the fastening plate in a clockwise direction.
- Insert the extruding axle.
- Fix the disc in on the extruding head.
- Fix the extruding head to the fastening plate.
- Tighten the disc nut in a clockwise direction.
- Insert top cover into housing with bayonet pointing to hole in front of the mixing bowl. Press it down, finish assembly with a click sound.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Disassemble all the parts, keep aside to be dry in the open air.
- Use the cleaning scraper to clean the mixing bowl after it’s dry
- Use the cleaning scraper to clean the mixing axle after it’s dry
- Use the cleaning scraper needles to clean the extruding discs after it’s dry
ATTENTION: Do not clean all the parts immediately after using, put aside in the open air or in refrigerator around 2 hours, then it will be much easier to clean with cleaning scraper.
1. Cleanliness
Clean the parts in mixing bowl immediately with proper water and detergent
after finishing making noodles. Carefully wash the parts contacted with flour.
Cleanliness method: Disassemble all parts in mixing bowl first, put them in
clean water and clean with cloth. Wipe them with dry cloth and then assemble
after cleanliness.
After the machine is cleaned and assembled, please put it in safe place, away
from fire, humid, direct sunlight and children.
Do not immerse the body in water or other liquids to avoid electricity
leakage.
It is more easily to clean the pasta left in mixing bowl and discs after dry.
2. Extruding discs cleanliness method
When the noodles produced, unscrew the discs nut, remove discs, put it in
ventilated place for about 2 hours, preferably in the place with direct
sunlight. After the flour is dry, gently knock the disc, it can be cleaned
very well, then wash it with water.
DON’T WASH THE DEVICE IN THE DISH WASHER
TROUBLESHOOTHING

3. What kind of pasta can we make?| There are 10 different discs which can
make 10 different shapes of pasta. Also a Ravioli tool is included to make
your own Ravioli. You can also add egg or juice to make different flavors.
4. How to deal with the overmuch remaining dough?| 1) The dough is too wet
or flour is damped. Please make sure flour is stored in dry vessel. Make
noodles again after adjust the water amount according to reference table of
flour and water ratio.
2) Have not cleaned mixing bowl, mixing axle and extruding disc before using.
Please make sure the related parts are dry.
3) Adding water in wrong order or using wrong flour.
5. How to use flour measuring cup correctly?
| Scoop full of flour by flour cup. Use the cleaning scrapers crapes off the
excess flour on the top of cup. That is a cup of flour (For 1-2 people, around
160g).
6. The pasta is burr or cracks| 1) The pasta have more burrs or cracks at
the beginning and at the end of extruding, because of mixing reason. Add eggs
or proper amount of cooking oil, the pasta can be smooth.
2) If you have enough time, you can tear the pasta as little peanut size
dough and put them back to the mixing bowl. Then press Extrude function,
extruding the dough again. The more times of repeating, the more smooth and
chewy pasta.
7. Not convenient to clean discs| After the flour in disc dry, knock it on
hard surface, flour will fall off automatically.
8. How to make pasta successfully?| 1) Use our flour measuring cup and
water measuring cup to hold flour and liquids. The proportion of flour and
liquid must be in strict accordance with the instruction.
2) First pour flour into mixing bowl, cover the top cover, after machine
running, slowly and evenly pour the liquids from the holes on the top cover.
9. Any requirement for using flour?| We recommend use middle or high gluten
flour.
10. There is a small amount of flour remaining after finishing, how to deal
with it?| First turn off the machine, take out the remaining dough and put
them together. After put the dough back to the mixing bowl, press “Extrude”
button, the machine will continue to extrude the pasta.
11. Noodles are hot when come out, they will stick together, how to deal with
it?| 1) After the pasta comes out, sprinkle some flours, this can make the
pasta more chewy and not easy to stick together.
2) Please cut the pasta in proper length.
12. Why the pasta will break?| In most case, it is because water is not
enough, please add water in strict accordance with the instructions
proportion.
DISPOSAL OF THE OLD DEVICE
Old electric and electronic devices frequently still contain valuable

necessary for their functionality and safety. If these were put in the
nonrecyclable waste or were handled incorrectly, they could be detrimental to

RECIPES
You can use different kind of flour in the pasta machine. But please note, all kind of flour need a different recipe to get the right consistence of the dough. Below you will find the perfect result for different kinds of flour.
BASIC PASTA RECIPE WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF FLOUR
Right consistency of the dough
Flour type “45” (available in every supermarket)
Ingrediënt:
– 500 gr. flour type “45”
– 3 Jumbo eggs (225 gr. in egg-shell, check carefully)
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 40 ml water
Preparation:
- Select the pasta-shaping attachment for the desired type of pasta.
- Place the pasta-shaping attachment in a bowl with hot water and a few drops of Oil. Ensure that the attachment is covered with water. Allow it to lie immersed for 1-2 minutes.
- Now place the pasta-shaping attachment as described in the installation instructions.
- Add the required quantity of flour and close the lid.
- Switch on the machine and add the eggs in the machine.
- Add salt and water.
- Run the motor for around 4-5 minutes. The dough may be said to be suitable if it consists of pea-sized lumps.
- After 1 minute the pasta will come out of the machine.
- Continue with the preparation of the pasta and always cut it to the desired length directly at the outlet of the pasta-shaping attachment. Within 10 minutes you will have fresh pasta.
- You can cook the pasta immediately (it doesn’t need to dry).
Flour type “00” (Pasta flour, available in specialty shops)
Ingrediënt:
– 500 gr. flour type “00”
– 3 Jumbo eggs (225 gr. in egg-shell, check carefully)
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 60 ml water
Preparation:
- Please follow the above mentioned preparation.
Flour type “Semola fine” (Pasta flour, available in specialty shops)
Ingrediënt:
– 500 gr. flour type “Semola fine”
– 3 Jumbo eggs (225 gr. in egg-shell, check carefully)
– 40 ml water
Preparation:
- Please follow the above mentioned preparation.
- Please note: Run the motor for around 2-3 minutes. The dough may be said to be suitable if it consists of pea-sized lumps.
PASTA VARIATIONS
Pasta verde (with spinach)
Pasta verde is made with spinach to turn it green. Together with the eggs, add
a small amount (± 25 g) of cooked, well squeezed, finely chopped spinach.
Black pasta
This variety is made with squid ink. Add one teaspoonful of squid ink per 100
g flour / 1 egg and mix it with the eggs.
Red pasta
Red pasta is made with beetroot juice (beetroot cooking water). Add the water
(± 25 g), together with the eggs, to the flour.
Pasta with ground meat and vegetables – number of persons: 5
Ingredients:
– 500 g pasta
– 500 g ground beef
– 3 pepper halves (green, yellow, and red)
– 250 g champignon mushrooms
– 2 large onions
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes
– 1 small tin of tomato purée
– 10 green olives
– 5 bouillon cubes
– 2 bay leaves
– 2 tablespoonfuls of paprika powder
– 3 tablespoonfuls of Italian spices
– 2 tablespoonfuls of green pesto
– Pepper/ salt
Preparation:
Cook the pasta “al dente” in slightly salted water. In the meantime, fry and
crush the hamburger meat together with pepper and salt. Add the finely chopped
onion and garlic and fry it all together briefly; then crumble the bouillon
cubes and add the bay leaves, the paprika powder, the Italian spices, and the
pesto.
Add the cut-up paprika, the sliced-up champignon mushrooms, and the peeled
tomatoes (chopped), as well as the olives and the tomato purée. Drain the
pasta and mix it with the vegetable/hamburger mix.
Creamy pasta with salmon – Number of persons: 4
Ingredients:
– 4 to 6 ripe tomatoes
– 1 pot of ricotta/mascarpone
– 500g pasta (such as tagliatelle or fetuccine)
– 400g smoked salmon
– seasoning (pepper, salt, basil)
Preparation:
Cook the pasta “al dente”. In the meantime, cut up the tomatoes into little
cubes and fry them briefly in olive oil. While you are doing this, shred the
salmon and mix it with the tomatoes. Fry briefly; then add the ricotta or
mascarpone while stirring. Season with pepper and salt (to taste) and allow
the sauce to cook for a little while longer. If it gets too thick, you can
always add some light cream or milk. Serve together with the pasta, possibly
also with fresh herbs, such as basil. Peppers or zucchinis etc. may be used
instead of tomatoes.
Pasta with king prawns, garlic, tomato and arugula – Number of persons: 1
Ingredients:
– 4 king prawns, peeled and cleaned
– approx. 125 g spaghetti
– 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
– 3 to 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
– 25 g arugula, very coarsely chopped
– pepper
– salt
– freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Cook the pasta “al dente”. Heat up some olive oil in a wok; as soon as it is
hot, add the king prawns and salt and pepper to taste.
As soon as one side is done, turn over the prawns and add the garlic and the
tomato; fry the mixture until the prawns are done.
Pepper and salt to taste and then add the pasta; mix well. You may wish to add
some extra virgin olive oil. Now add the arugula;
it may either be mixed in or placed on top. Parmesan cheese may be sprinkled
on top when serving the meal.
Pasta with herb cheese and bacon – number of persons: 3
Ingredients:
– 400 g pasta according to choice (not the long varieties, though)
– Herb cheese with garlic
– 250 g bacon bits
– cream herb/seasoning mixture with chives, basil, parsley (+/- 20 g) paprika
powder
– Parmesan cheese
– pepper
– salt
Preparation:
Cook the pasta, fry the bacon bits until crisp, and add the cream. Heat up the
mixture and add the herb cheese (2 to 3 tablespoonfuls, to taste). Also add a
very small amount of Parmesan cheese. Bring the mixture to the boil (slightly)
and sprinkle a small amount of paprika powder on top. If the sauce is too
thick, add a small amount of milk. Do not forget to add salt and pepper to
taste. Take the pan off the stove and douse the pasta with the sauce. Stir
briefly and sprinkle the herbs on top of it.
You may add some riccota to enhance the flavor and get a creamy sauce. Instead
of the herb / seasoning mixture, you may also add 1/3 of a bouillon cube.
