INSTALLATION OVERVIEW
The power switch, located on the back of the solar panel, has 2 settings-ON and OFF. Push the switch to the “ON” position to allow the path light to automatically turn on at dusk. If you do not intend to use the path light for an extended period of time, be sure to move the switch to the “OFF” position.
Attach lens (C) and ground stake
(E) to pole (D). Then, apply pressure to the pole (NOT SOLAR PANEL) to push
the assembly firmly into the ground.
CAUTION: DO NOT use a hammer. For ground with hard soil, use a trowel
(not included) to loosen the soil to prevent breaking the ground stake (E).
NOTE: At dusk, both lights will automatically turn on and deliver up to 10 lumens performance in standby mode. When triggered by motion, both lights will deliver up to 100 lumens performance for 30 seconds and revert back to standby mode. The motion detection range is 9-13 feet (3-4 m) and the motion detection angle is up to 100°. Light fixtures use radio frequency technology to link, and should not be greater than 80 feet (25 m) apart. Both lights must be “in line of sight” meaning that there can not be any obstructions between the lights (i.e. walls, fences, shrubs, etc.) for the link function to work. When one light is triggered by motion the other light will activate. The package includes 2 lights. These 2 lights are factory linked, and can not be linked with any other lights.
