How to charge and detach the band

Pull the band gently and firmly away from the watch charging point to detach. Plug the charging point into a USB port to charge.

Preparation
Please charge the smart band for 2- 2.5 hours before turning it on for the first time. Battery sign will show on the screen while charging.

How to use

  • Switch modes: Short-press on the button.
  • Offline mode: The watch has a large internal memory that allows to record high resolution raw data without Bluetooth connection for approximately one week.
  • Time setting: In the offline mode, switch to setting page and manually set time and date. Otherwise, it will be automatically synchronized after connecting to theSensLink App.
  • Device ID: Displays device model and ID. Event mark: Long press the button to mark an event.
  • ECG: To take – using a finger on your non-watch hand, touch and hold the Electrode.

Connection Instruction

  • Please go to the App Store or Google Play, search “SensLink” to download the App, or scan the Android QR code below.
  • After logging into SensLink app, search for the device model number, then choose the device to connect in the app.

Remarks

  • If there is any problem with the quality of the product or the use of the product, please contact us via email: [email protected].
  • The product’s waterproof rating is IP67. It is resistant to splashes, but not long submersion or diving in water. In addition, this product does not prevent hot water incursion.

  • This product contains a polymer battery. Do not place this product in a high temperature environment for a long time. Do not place this product near an open flame.

FAQ

  • Cant find the smart band or can’t establish connection?
  • Please make sure the Bluetooth is turned on, and the
  • Bluetooth sign is not on the smart band. If the sign is on, the smart band is connected already. Please enter your phone’s Bluetooth settings and forget this device.
  • Re-enter the SensLink app and try to connect again.
  • Android system:
  • Still unable to connect, enter application settings for
  • SensLink (long click the SensLink app, or enter through
  • App settings and find SensLink). Click Permissions, allow access to Location, Files and Media, and Nearby devices. May require phone restart.
  • After binding the smart band, it shows not connected or remaining battery is 0%?
  • The smart band and the device are not connected successfully, please bind the devices again.
  • No data shown on SensLink app? Pull down the main page to manually synchronize the data.
