Control
Note: Bass effect can be enhanced when the Bass + mode activate [Bass effect can also be largely influenced by the audio quality]. Above control functions can be varied based on different media players.
Light Indicators and Jacks
Light Status when Charging
Note: When the battery is below 20%, low power mode will be activated with the charging light flashing rapidly. The volume will also be decreased in order to preserve the remaining battery.
Power On and Off
Power On
Press and hold the power button for 1 second with Bluetooth light on Bluetooth
Light Flashing: Pairing Solid Blue Light: Connected
Power Off
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds with the Bluetooth light off
Note: Under TWS Stereo Mode, when one speaker is turned off, both
speakers will turn off automatically.
Pairing
- Turn on ENACFIRE Soundtank
- Select ‘ENACFIRE Soundtank’ from the Bluetooth list
Note: Please make sure ENACFIRE Soundtank is fully charged and within the effective connection range before connecting
Connect by AUX Audio Cable
When connecting the Soundtrack by the AUX Cable, the below functions will be disabled:
- The Bluetooth function will be disabled
- The track backward and forward function will be disabled
- The play/pause function will be replaced by unmute/mute function
Note: The volume control and Bass + Mode is still available
Water-Resistant
Note: The rubber flap needs to be closed at all times to avoid any contamination and be water- resistant The waterproof effect may be reduced if the speaker is damaged or broken as a result of daily use
Incoming Call
The Soundtrack features function for receiving call through smartphones over
Bluetooth
Answer Call / End Call
Press Bluetooth Button Once
Reject Call
Press and Hold **: Bluetooth Button for 2 seconds
Note:** Please keep the Mic as close as possible to achieve better call
quality

Question 1: Unable to turn on the ENACFIRE Soundtrack?
Answer: Please make sure the ENACFIRE Soundtank is fully charged by using the
suggested 5V 1.0A adapter. You can also try to use another USB cable to charge
the Soundtank just in case the previous cable is defective.
Question 2: Unable to pair or connect to devices?
Answer: Please follow the below steps to reset the ENACFIRE Soundtrack
- Turn on ‘ENACFIRE Soundtank’
- Connect ‘ENACFIRE Soundtank’ to a phone by AUX cable and plug out the AUX cable
- Double press the Bluetooth button within 10 seconds
- Turn off ‘ENACFIRE Soundtank’
- Delete ‘ENACFIRE Soundtank’ from the Bluetooth list
- Reconnect the ‘ENACFIRE Soundtank’
Q &A
Question 3: No audio when playing the music
Answer: Please make sure the ENACFIRE Soundtank is connected to the correct
device, it will automatically connect to the last connected device once it’s
turn on. Please also try to use different Apps to play the audio as there
might be a glitch happening to the App.
Question 4: There is no response when connecting the ENACFIRE Soundtank to
the device by using the 3.5 AUX cable
Answer: Please make sure the 3.5mm audio is fully inserted to the AUX input,
you can also try to use another AUX cable just in case the one you used was
defective.
