Frequently Question

Q1. How to operate the function “set up the OCP”?

  1. Press the OCP setting button to enable function. Once the function enables, the button will turn red.
  2. Rotate the Knob to set the OCP value.
  3. Once the output current is higher than the setting value, the screen will show “OCP”.
  4. Press the On/ Off button to reset.
  5. Press the OCP setting button to disable the function. Once the function disables, the button will no longer appear in red.

Q2. How to operate the function “set up the OVP”?

  1. Press the OVP setting button to enable function. Once the function enables, the button will turn red.
  2. Rotate the Knob to set the OVP value.
  3. Once the output voltage is higher than the setting value, the screen will show “OVP”.
  4. Press the On/ Off button to reset.
  5. Press the OVP setting button to disable the function. Once the function disables, the button will no longer appear in red.

Q3. How to Save value / Read value?

  1. Rotate the Knob to set the value you want to save.
  2. Long press the “M1” button until the indicator is on, which means the value saved in the “M1” button successfully.
  3. Press the “M1” button to light the button. The saved value will be read when the indicator is on. (M1/ M2/ M3 button works essentially the same way).

Q4. How to adjust the current or voltage?

  1. Rotate the knob to adjust and current or voltage.
  2. Press the knob to confirm the digit.

Q5. How to set unlock/lock the buttons?
Long press the knob to unlock/lock the buttons. The Locked state Indicator will be on if the product is in the locked state. Only output turn on/ turn off button works in the locked state. Lock the buttons before starting work to make sure the power value accuracy.

Q6. Why the digital display doesn’t work properly?

  1. Check the input voltage to determine that it is functioning correctly.
  2. If the power is delivered into the product at a nominal voltage, the fuse maybe has burned out in case of a short circuit or other trouble. Turn the DC power supply off, remove the plug wires from the plugs as well as the DC power supply, and fit a new fuse.
  3. We do suggest that you should ask for professional assistance and not fix it by yourself.

Q7. Why does the C.C indictor lights?

  1. When operating in constant voltage mode, the too lower output voltage will arouse current protection, which causes the C.C indicator light.
  2. Then the DC power supply switches to the constant current mode automatically to protect the product.
  3. Check and increase the max current according to user needs. (Press “I” button and rotate the knob to adjust the current).

Q8. Why does the C.V indicator lights?

  1. When operating in constant current mode, the too lower output current will arouse voltage protection, which causes the C.V indicator light.
  2. Then the DC power supply switches to the constant voltage mode automatically to protect the product.
  3. Check and increase the max voltage according to user needs. (Press “U” button and rotate the knob to adjust the voltage).

Note

  1. Connect the wire to the DC power supply in the fully off states.
  2. Double-check and make sure the wire achieves a good connection before using the product. Make sure the ground wire is also connected to earth ground.
  3. Make sure the product is connected to earth ground.
  4. Using the product in the ventilated environment. The product should be stored and operated at least 10 cm (7.87 inches) from the other objects.
  5. Avoid dust, moisture, corrosive gas, and harmful substances.
  6. Measure its accuracy after a 15-minute warm-up.
  7. Make sure the voltage meets the request of the local country.
  8. Please contact the seller or our company if there is a serious problem that cannot be resolved.
