DOWNLOAD THE GAMEVICE LIVE APP
Browse controller-compatible games and update your controller to the latest firmware using the Gamevice Live companion app.

EXPANDING YOUR CONTROLLER

Pull both release latches firmly to unlock the controller’s retention plate and gently pull the retention plate away from your controller.

CHOOSING RUBBER GRIPS

Depending on which iPhone you are using, you may need to change the default installed rubber grips with the alternate rubber grips included in the packaging to ensure your iPhone has the best fit when connected to the controller.

By default, your controller comes with Rubber Grips B installed.

REMOVING / INSTALLING RUBBER GRIPS

REMOVING GRIPS
Firmly pull the installed rubber grip on the left side of the controller until it is fully removed from the controller. Repeat for the right side.

INSTALLING GRIPS
Firmly insert the alternate rubber grip side without the opening in the back into the left side of the controller. Ensure that the sides of the rubber grip are flush with the controller cavity edge. Repeat for the right side making sure that the Lightning connector protrudes through the opening in the back of the rubber grip.

INSTALLING YOUR PHONE

First, connect your phone’s Lightning port to the Lightning connector on the right side of the controller. Then gently pull the left side of the controller and expand it until your phone can fit into the left side. An LED status indicator on the right side of the controller will briefly light up in red to indicate that the controller is properly connected to your phone and is ready for use.

DETACHING YOUR PHONE

Firmly hold your phone in the middle with one hand and gently pull the left side of the controller until the left side of your phone is detached and free from the controller. Then gently pull and disconnect your phone’s Lightning port from the Lightning connector from the right side of the controller.

COLLAPSING YOUR CONTROLLER

To make your controller portable for carrying or for storage, you can collapse your controller by bringing its two sides together, making sure that both gray tabs are in the middle and fully visible.

Finally, press the retention plate at the back towards your controller until it snaps both sides into place.

Do not open, disassemble or modify this product as this may void your warranty, and do not operate under abnormal current loads. Do not expose this product to rain, excessive humidity, or moisture, and do not immerse it in a liquid. Operate this product only within the temperature range of 0° C (32° F) to 40° C (104° F).

Long periods of repetitive motion using this product may be associated with discomfort in your hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, neck, or back. If you experience discomfort, place the product down and take a break. If discomfort continues, see a qualified health professional.

This product is not a toy and is not designed for use by small children.

If you are having trouble attaching your device to this product, check that you are correctly sliding your device’s connection port into the product’s exposed connector. Don’t forcefully jam your device into the controller.

We recommend periodically cleaning this product by gently wiping with a dry soft cloth.
