INSTALLING YOUR iPad

First connect your iPad’s Lightning port to the Lightning connector on the right side of the controller. Then gently pull the left side of the controller and expand it until your iPad can fit into the left side. An LED status indicator on the right side of the controller will briefly light up in red to indicate that the controller is properly connected to your iPad and is ready for use.

DETACHING YOUR iPad

Firmly hold your iPad in the middle with one hand and gently pull the left side of the controller until the left side of your phone is detached and free from the controller. Then gently pull and disconnect your iPad’s Lightning port from the Lightning connector from the right side of the controller.

CHARGING VIA LIGHTNING RECEPTACLE

Gamevice provides a Lightning receptacle that supports pass-through charging of your iOS device using the power adapter and cable provided with your iPad.

USING WITH HEADPHONES

Gamevice’s 3.5mm audio jack can be used with headphones or as an auxiliary audio output. While using the audio jack, iPad’s internal speakers will automatically mute, however iPad’s volume buttons can still be used to manage sound.

I TROUBLESHOOTING

MY GAMEVICE ISN’T WORKING WITH MY iPad

• Ensure you are running iPadOS 14 or later.
• Make sure your game supports the game controller feature.

MY iPad ISN’T CHARGING PROPERLY

• Make sure you are using the original AC adapter included with your iPad, or make sure you are using a USB AC adapter capable of providing 5V ZA of power output.
• Try a different USB port or AC adapter.

Do not open, disassemble or modify this product as this may void your warranty and do not operate under abnormal current loads.
Do not expose this product to rain, excessive humidity or moisture and do not immerse it in a liquid. Operate this product only within the temperature range of 0° C (32′ Fl to 40° C (104° Fl.
Long periods of repetitive motion using this product may be associated with discomfort in your hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, neck or back. If you experience discomfort, place the product down and take a break. If discomfort continues, see a qualified health professional.
This product is not a toy and is not designed for use by small children.
If you are having trouble attaching your device to this product, check that you are correctly sliding your device’s connection port into the product’s exposed connector. Don’t forcefully jam your device into the controller.
We recommend periodically cleaning this product by gently wiping with a dry soft cloth.
