NOTICE Before Starting Using Skyzoo Frame
- The frame is NON-BATTERY powered. Use only the included power supply and keep it plugged in when using it.
- Make sure the frame is connected to the internet when adding friends or sharing photos via APP.
- The sharing code is only valid for 12 hours. Create a new one when the previous one is unavailable.
- Upload up to 10 photos or a video of max 15s at a time via the APP. Or use a USB drive/SD card (Maximum 64GB) to import unlimited photos at a time.
- USB drive/SD card is only used for importing photos. USB drive/SD card can’t be read directly. The frame only supports the “fat32/NTFS” drive format.
- Always use the frame to manage the photos and videos. (Frame APP can’t manage frame photos)
- The frame default set sleep mode starts at 11:00 pm and ends at 7:00 am each day.
- Please reset the photo frame to protect your privacy before returning the photo frame. (Please go to Settings>Backup and Restore>Reset frame)

Plug In The Power Supply
- Flip over the photo frame and place it on a flat surface.
- Screw in the frame and stand on the back.
- The frame can be placed in landscape, portrait, or hang up through the hanging hole.
- Plug one end of the AC Power Adapter into the DC jack of the photo frame, then plug the other end into a socket.
The photo frame will power on automatically once plugged in.
‘Tips:
Please use the ORIGINAL adapter we provided to supply the power.
Launch The Frame

The frame will automatically power on after connecting the power.

Frame Quick setup
When starting your frame for the first time, you will need to set up the frame.-
Select a language. This will be the language used on the frame.

Connect your frame to the internet by connecting it to Wi-Fi.

Select your time zone, date, and time.

The frame may ask you to update to the latest version. It is recommended to update yours. The frame before continuing if asked to.

Enter your name and the location where you have placed your frame e.g. “John Doe” and “Living room”, “Kitchen” or “Office”. Finally set the timezone if not already correct.
Notes: -
This frame can’t support hidden networks, WPA3.

Make sure you have entered the correct password.

When you see the following screen, it’s ready to add friends and photos.
Send Photos And Videos Via Frameo APP

Search for “Frameo” on App Store” / Google Play'” or scan the QR code to download and install it on the mobile device.
Note:
Please download the latest version of the software. Google Play•• is a trademark of Google Inc. App Store'” is a trademark of Apple Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. -
Launch the Frameo application. Allow apply and set profile.

Click the add friend icon +.!. on your frame. A dialog will appear showing a connection code, which is valid for 12 hours.

Now go to the Frameo app on your phone and click the add friend icon +.!. at the top, then enter the code from the frame.

After connecting to frame on the mobile app, select the photos or videos on the app, click “Next”, choose the recipients and write a caption to share them. Now the photos or videos will show on the digital frame.
- Only 70 photos or 7 short video (up to 7S seconds) can be sent at a time.
- You can also take photos or videos directly in the app.
Send Photos Via SD Card Or USB Drive
(No Wi-Fi required)
- Plug an SD card or a USB drive into the SD Card Slot or the USB Port of the frame.
- Go to Settings>Manage photos>lmport photos. Before you try to import photos and videos, make sure you have external storage (e.g. Micro SD card or USB drive) inserted into your frame with the photos and videos you wish to import.
- Start by selecting the photos and videos that you want to import onto your frame. Once selected, tap the Import Button.:! to start the import photos and videos.
Notes:
- The frame supports up to 64G SD Card or USB drive. The frame doesn’t support the exFAT format.
- Photos in the USB drive can’t be displayed directly in the frame, you have to upload/import photos from the USB drive to the frame first. You also can export/copy photos from the frame to USB drive.
- The Mini USB Port is only for software debugging purposes, it is not for connecting computers.
- The frame can only support one SD Card or USB Drive at a time.
- Please contact us by email at support@skyzoo.net if the frame can’t support upload Via SD Card or USB Drive.
If the photo frame can’t recognize the micro SD card:
- BG, 76G, and 32G SD cards, the format must be FAT32.
- 64G and 728G SD cards, the format default is an exFAT format which our frame doesn’t support. Please format it on the computer and confirm whether the format of the micro SD card is correct.
- If the memory card is still not recognized, you can restart the camera after inserting the memory card.

FAQS
I want to give this as a gift to my parents who are older, will they be able to easily figure out how to use it?
It is a very simple touch screen operation. Once it is running there is very little to do, but enjoy while others send photos.
Can you hide the date/time display?
If you are referring to the date that people sent photos, no you can’t hide that. If you’re talking about the date as in today’s date, that doesn’t show.
Does this product have 178 degree wide angle like many other digital photo frames?
Yes, it has 180 degree wide angle.
Does this frame have the capability to export photos to the USB thumb drive?
Yeah, you could export photos to a USB thumb drive by clicking “Settings-Back up”
How are pictures organized. Can I play them in the sequence I want?
There are three options for displaying your pictures- date taken, date received or shuffle. It is my understanding that you cannot play in the order you want beyond those 3 options.
Can you pair the app with multiple frames, so we could gift them to each of the grandparents?
It should. When you send pictures on the app it lets you choose where to send them. We just have one, but we have to select it before it will send. You’d just need the code from the frame
How do I get rid of the text on the bottom left of the screen? I only want
to see the
picture. No text
go into settings, choose manage photos, slideshow, show captions, move the slider to turn this option off.
To add a new photo you need a new code every 12 hours… where is this code?

inconvenient if I need to ask the person who it was gifted to
Once a code is sent out and used within the specified time period. The photo sender who has previously used that code, does not need another code each time they wish to send photos. The only time that another code is required is if the device is reset or if a new photo sender wishes to be connected to the device.
Does the frame need wifi in order to work?
It also work with micro SD card and USB drive.
Is it a network drive on your desktop that you can just drag photos to?
No, it is a stand alone frame that you can transfer pictures to from your
computer using a thumb
drive. There is also a way to add pictures using Wi-Fi that I have not tried
yet.
What is the power supply DC voltage?
No it is AC it has a plug no batteries.
I see the screen size is 10.1 inches. Could you tell me the frame size as well?

If I purchase 2 frames, can I send different pictures to each frame or will the same pictures go to both frames?
You can send different pictures to each frame! You can upload pictures using the Frameo App. Each frame you purchase will populate a Frameo code for you to then name the frame. Once you upload your pictures to the app, you select whichever picture frame you would like them to appear on
