Quick Starting

NOTICE Before Starting Using Skyzoo Frame

• The frame is NON-BATTERY powered. Use only the included power supply and keep it plugged in when using it.
• The photo frame only supports a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and doesn’t support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the frame is connected to the internet when adding friends or sharing photos via BiuFrame APR
• Upload up to 20 photos or videos of max 15s at a time via APP. Or use a TF card (Maximum 64GB) to import unlimited photos at a time (Please go to Albums to find the TF Card Storage when TF is inserted). Also, you can send your photos and videos of a max of 30MB as attachments to your “Frame Email” (Please go to Settings>Friends>Frame Email). • TF card is used for importing and exporting photos. TF card can be read directly. The frame only supports the “Fat32/NTFS” drive format.
• Always use the frame to manage the photos and videos. (BiuFrame APP can’t manage frame photos)
• The frame default set sleep mode starts at 9:00 pm and ends at 7:00 am each day.
• Please reset the photo frame to protect your privacy before returning the photo frame (Please go to Settings>About>Factory Reset).

Now Let’s Start Using the Skyzoo Frame!
2.1 Plug In The Power Supply

1. Flip over the photo frame and place it on a flat surface.
2. Screw the two screws into the Slots for the Stand.
3. The frame can be placed in landscape, portrait, or hung up through the hanging hole.
4. Plug one end of the AC Power Adapter into the DC jack of the photo frame, then plug the other end into a socket.
   

The photo frame will power on automatically once plugged in.

• How to turn on/off the sky zoo frame?
  Please press and hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds (until the screen turns on) after connecting the power adapter. Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to access the reboot or power off the menu when it is on. A short press on the power button will turn off/on screen.

• Tips: Please use the ORIGINAL adapter we provided to supply the power.

2.2 Wall Mounting Guide

1. Before installation, make sure you have the following accessories and tools.

2. Installing the Metal Wall Mount
   The metal bracket has two parts, one fixed to the wall and the other fixed to the back of the photo frame.

1. Determine the installation location Place the photo frame against the wall, ensuring there is proper space between the four sides of the frame and the wall.

2. Ensure the mounting holes
   Remove the photo frame and determine the wall mount’s installation position according to the photo frame’s position. Attach the wall mount to the wall with the big opening facing up, and mark the four mounting holes of the wall mount on the wall. Use the electric drill to drill holes into the wall.

3. Install the anchors Use a hammer to tap the four anchors into the four holes drilled in the previous step.

4. Secure the wall mount. Attach the wall mount to the wall with the big opening facing up, and then drive the four long screws into the anchors to fix the wall mount on the wall.

3. Installing the Frame Back Bracket

1. Lay the photo frame face-down on a flat surface. The power button should be in the upper left corner.
2. Align the metal frame on the back of the photo frame with the four threaded interfaces. Place the spring washer and tighten the four short screws into each interface. Note: The frame can be hung horizontally or vertically, just adjust the direction of the back bracket.
   

4. Fix the photo frame on the wall

1. Plug the power cord into the DC IN port on the frame.
2. Hold the frame with the display facing you.
3. Place the frame backrest slightly above the wall mount, align the hole slot of the wall mount, and slowly slide down to hang the frame on the wall. Please make sure the frame is securely fixed and then hang it on the wall.

2.3 Launch The Frame

1. The frame will automatically power on after connecting the power.
2. Frame Quick setup When starting your frame for the first time, you will need to set up the frame.
   • Select a language. This will be the language used on the frame.
   • Download APR Scan the QR Code on the frame or search “BiuFrame” in APP Store.
   • Connect the frame to the Internet by connecting it to Wi-Fi. Skip this step if you just want to share photos and videos via TF card.
   • Congratulations! The frame is connected successfully. There will show your “Frame ID” and “Frame Email” if the frame has connected internet.

Notes:

• This frame can’t support 5GHz Wi-Fi and WPA3.
• Enter the hidden Wi-Fi name and password by the “Add network” button which is at the bottom of the show connecting Wi-Fi.
• Make sure you have entered the correct password.

How to send photos to frame?

1. Download ‘Btu Frame from the App store.
2. Launch the App and register an account.
3. Add the Frame ID (388 471 9459) to bind the frame.
4. You can also send photos to Frame Email (31184719459@biu.cloudphotoframe.com), and your photo frame will also receive these photos
   

2.4 Launch The BiuFrame APP

1. Download APP:

2. Open APP: Launch the “BiuFrame” application.

3. Sign Up for an account: Please click “Sign Up” to register an account. Set a profile photo(not required), enter your email, and set your password(Please enter a 6-18 digit password. Both letters and numbers must be included.), fill in your first name and last name. Read and agree with Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
   • Choose one as your avatar by taking a photo or choosing photos in your album.
   • Please fill in a real and valid email address. In order to protect the security of your account and facilitate future forgetting of your password, you need to reset your password and retrieve your account.

4. Login: Login to your account with your email and password. Click “Forgot Password” to reset the password if you forgot it.
   • If you fail to log in multiple times, please try to click “Forgot password” to reset the new password, and then log in again. That the subject of the email we send is “Reset Password” and the sender is Service@cloudphotoframe.com. Please confirm and click on the link to prevent from being infringed by forged email.
   • For more security, if your account is already logged in on other machines, This login will automatically log out of your other devices.

5. Add Frame: After the login is successful, if you haven’t added any frames, the APP will automatically open the “Add frame” interface for

you to guide you through adding frames. Fill in Frame ID and name your frame. The Frame ID is a code with 10 digits, After you activate the device, it will be displayed on the last page of the wizard (as shown in the figure). If you have already completed the wizard, please proceed to your desired device one by one: (Please go to Settings>Friends>Frame ID).
” Please go to Settings>Friends>My Friend to approve your friend request except for owner user. Only the first one doesn’t need to be approved.
• The frame default the first one to add a frame or send an email is the Frame owner. Please sign up with your email via the “BiuFrame” App if you send this email before adding a frame via “BiuFrame”.
• Click “OK” to approve “BiuFrame” and access to your calendar, this function will sync your phone schedule on the frame.

2.5 Send Photos and Videos via the “BiuFrame” APP

1. Click “Add Photos”: Launch the “BiuFrame” application. After adding the frame successfully, You can view your frame on the homepage by clicking “Add Photos”.
   • Click “Allow Access to All photos” to approve “BiuFrame” and access to your photos and videos for browsing and selecting.

2. Choose photos and videos: Select the photos or videos on the app, only 20 photos, and videos (each video max 15s) can be sent at a time. Click and select “Edit” the video to capture 15s video, refer to the below image to slide left and right of the video range on the bottom to select the range to save. Click “OK” to save operate. And then click to quit edit.
   • Support photo formats: jpg, jpeg, png, webp.
   • Support video formats: mp4.

3. Choose Recipients and send photos and videos: Click ” ” at the bottom, choose the recipients, and then click the “Send Photo” button.

4. Choose the most important area of the photo: This function will help you display the key objects in the verse of the photo frame better. If you move your pet to the middle of the view, the album will be displayed as you preview it in the APP, even if the photo frame is rotated. It is automatically displayed in the center position.
   • This function is only used to mark the center position and view area of the photo, and will not crop the photo, so your photo will not lose any detail

5. Send Successfully: After sending, your photo frame will be able to receive new photos immediately.
   • Support sharing photos and videos with offline frames within 48 hours. Once the Frame is connected to the Internet, the Frame will receive photos and videos sent within 48 hours.
   • Skyzoo Frame only provides 5GB of free data for 2 years of traffic for uploading photos and videos via APP and email, if you receive the notification about data need to top up please refer to “06 Launch “BiuFrame” APP”>”Renew Cloud Service” to pay.
   • If you do not receive the photos for a long time, please check whether the WIFI network of your photo frame is connected, or whether the network environment is smooth. Please contact
