USING MACHINE TIPS
SIM card slot I (right)
- Tear the waterproof plug
- lnsert the card slot with the card pln and remove the card slot.
- Put the SIM card or TF-<:ard in the position. then place the card slot into the phone, and press the waterproof plug tightly.
SIM card slot II / TF card (left )
- Tear off the waterproof plug
- Insert the card slot with the card pin and remove the card slot.
- Put the SIM card or TF card in the designated position,
then place the card slot into the phone, and press the waterproof plug
tightly.
Note: This is a SIM card and TF card slot. The TF card can extend to 2TB.
Note:
- Before the waterproof test. please press the waterproof plug at the USB socket according to the figure
- After the phone is destructively dropped, ij may affect the waterproof effect
- After the water is soaked, the voice sent and received by the speaker will be affected. The liquid neecs to be thrown out, and it will return to normal after a period of time.
Trouble clearing

system halted/ unresponsive / unable lo charge
Encounter abnormal use of the mobile phone, Long press !he power, bull On to
restart !he system.
Magnetic charging / Magnetic dock charging does not work properly.
Check whether there is oxidation on !he magnetic ( suction and the charging
contact position. Use a cotton swab with alcohol Wipe to clean the : charger
contact position.
Abnormal power consumption
If you find that the power, ccnsurr1)(1on is abnormal, check whether ii
runs the GPS • Bluetooth . _,, software for a long !can press the virtual
button O lo enter !he background to dose software.
No identification card
Insert card when the phone shutdown ,and it can be used normally when the
phone starting up down. if !he card is plugged in, please tum on mode Then tum
off or restart !he phone. K !he card can not recognized, try to “‘”P8 !he !he
card ” a cotton swab and alcohol position.
Unable to connect to the network
Please open Settings-Network and Internet-Tum on the mobile data network. Or
slide down the to enter the shortcut switch menu, After dicking the signal
icon, the mobile data nelw0!1< switch is turned on.
Phone settings or features Abnormal use
Please open Settings-Select to enter Advanced -Reset 0ptions•Oear all
(restore factory default settings). Test returns lo normal after booting up.
Please contact the after -sales specialist to solve the problem. (Restore
factory settings will cause all data on !he phone to be era sec. Please use
this function after safe backup
