Attention

  1. When the keyboard and mouse will not be used for a long time, it is recommended to turn them off to prolong the service life of the batteries.
  2. Do not use liquid to clean the keyboard directly. Clean the keyboard with a soft cloth dipped with alcohol or similar volatile disinfectant.

Indicator Light

  1. Keyboard Battery Status Indicator Solid red: The keyboard is charging Solid green: The keyboard is fully charged. lash red: The battery is low (Please charge the keyboard).
  2. Caps LOck Indicator The caps lock indicator will be green when Caps Lock is activated.
  3. Numeric Indicator The numeric indicator will be green when Num Lock is activated
  4. Power Indicator The power indicator will be green for 25 then go out when the keyboard has been turned on successfully.
  5. Power Switch Slide the power SWitch to the right to turn on or to the left to turn off the keyboard.

Pairing Steps

  • Step 1. Take out the 2.4GHz USB receiver from the storage slot on the bottom of the mouse
  • Step 2. Insert the 2.4GHz USB receiver into the USB port of the computer.
  • Step 3. Slide the power switches of the keyboard and mouse to the ON position. The keyboard and mouse will simultaneously connect to the laptop/PC within 35.

If the connection failed, please follow the steps below: Keyboard re- pairing

  1. Step 1. Turn on the keyboard. Press the “Esc Q” keys simultaneously. and the power indicator will flash quickly.
  2. Step 2. Insert the 2.4GHz USB receiver into a USB port of the computer within 10s, and get the keyboard close to the receiver within 30cm (0.98 feet).

Mouse re-pairing

  1. Step 1. Turn off the mouse and plug out the 2.4GHz USB receiver.
  2. Step 2. Hold down the “Wheel button Right button” simultaneously for 35, and then turn on the mouse.
  3. Step 3. Insert the 2.4GHz USB receiver into a USB port of the computer within 10s, and get the mouse close to the receiver within 3Ocm (0.98 feet)

Power Saving Mode

If no order is given to the keyboard and mouse. the keyboard and mouse will automatically enter power-saving mode. When you want to use the keyboard or mouse again, press any key, and the keyboard or mouse will automatically connect to the device.

When you need to use the shortcut keys, press the “Fn” key in the same row

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to connect to the device

  1. Make sure that the power switch has been turned on.
  2. Make sure that the 2.4GHz USB receiver is inserted into a USB port of the device (Such as a laptop).
  3. Make sure that the battery of the device has sufficient power.
  4. Make sure that the keyboard is within the operational range.

If the keyboard doesn’t work, or there is typing delay.

  1. Make sure there is no 2.4GHz device (such as a router) nearby which may interfere with the connection.
  2. Make sure that the battery of the keyboard has power.
  3. Make sure there is no all-metal chassis that may shield the signal.
  4. The computer is running too many tasks and the CPU memory is full, so it cannot handle the signal from the receiver.

If the mouse doesn’t work, or there is an obvious delay

  1. Kindly check the battery of the mouse.
  2. If your computer is connected to a wired mouse at the same time, please unplug it, or it may cause the work drive conficts.
  3. Make sure that your mouse is not used on materials (such as glass) with good light-transmitting properties (Because the mouse uses diodes for positioning. glass and other materials will make positioning inaccurate and delayed)

If the command keys in Mac or the win keys in Windows are unable to use.

  1. Press “Fn Q” keys simultaneously. then the cmd keys in you Mac will work.
  2. Press “Fn+ W” keys simultaneously, then the win keys in you Windows will work.

If the shortcut keys function is not available.

  1. Press the “Fn” key in the same row to lock/unlock the shortcut keys function.
  2. When the shortcut keys function is turned off, press the “Fn” key and the corresponding function key simultaneously. 3. When the shortcut keys function is turned on. press the corresponding function key for direct use.

Note

  1. The Fl-F12 keys function is not available for iPad with MacOS system.
  2. The brightness control shortcut keys function is not available for Windows 7 system.
