Safety Precautions
In order to avoid hazards, such as faults, electric shocks, bodily injury, fire and equipment or property damage, please observe the following safety precautions
- The product contains a built-in rechargeable battery. Do not throw it into a fire or expose it to direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time. Do not charge, use or place it in a place of exposure to high temperatures. Doing so may cause leakage, overheating or an explosion.
- Do not use the product while it is charging.
- Do not use the product when the charger port is not covered.
- Do not attempt to modity, disassemble or repair the product by yourself.
- Do not place the charger cable in water or a humid environment.
- For charging, be sure the charger cable and the charging intertace of the product are dry and clean. Stains or impurities can negatively affect the safety of charging.
- After charging, please detach the charger cable from the product and switch off the power.
- Do not use an all-in-one charger cable, which can damage the product due to excessive voltage.
- Do not use an adapter or a charger with a minimum output voltage greater than 5V-. It can cause product damage due to excessive voltage.
- Please keep the product out of reach of children and infants.
- This product contains small parts such as the protective cap for the brush head. Please prevent children from swallowing them. For the initiall use of the product or a replacement of the brush head, remove the protective cap.
- Do not use the product for any purpose other than oral care.
- Do not knock over or drop the product. If it is damaged due to a collision or tall, please stop using it.
- Do not use the product in a shower, bath or spa.
- Users who have severe periodontitis, have recently received dental treatment or are worried about contraindications should
- Do not clean the product with paint thinner, benzene, alcohol or other chemicals.
- It is possible to experience minor bleeding during initial use because your gums aren’t used to such effective cleaning. However, this condition will stop within one or twO weeks. If the bleeding doesn’t stop after two weeks, your gums may be abnormal. Refrain from the use of the product and consult your dentist.
- It is possible to experience tickling irritation during the first few days because your gums and tongue aren’t used to the high-frequency vibration of the brush head. Generally, this condition will disappear after several consecutive days of use.
- Check the product for any noticeable damage before use. Stop using the product immediately if any damage, rust or cracking is evident.
- The power must be off before the battery is removed. The user should not attempt to replace the battery independently. Battery replacement must be performed by a trained technician. The battery must be removed before the product is disposed of.
- This product conforms to the safety standards for electromagnet- ic devices. Should you have any concern in regard to a cardiac pacer or the manufacturer of the implantable device before using this product.
- This product is designed exclusively for the cleaning of teeth, gums and the tongue but not for any other purpose. If you experience discomfort or pain, stop using the product and consult your dentist.
- Do not connect the power plug when there is liquid on it
- Before connecting to the power supply, confirm that the local supply voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated on the product.
- Do not use the power cord under direct sunlight.
- Do not share the brush head with others. ker or another implantable device, ase consult your doctor
- Do not wrap the power cord around the handle during charging

Usage
How to Install a Special usmile Brush Head
Please use the product together with a special usmile brush head. Replace the special usmile brush head after three months of use or when the bristles start to fall out or split so as to prevent discomfort to your gums and teeth. When you install a brush head, bristles and the top indicator should face the same direction. Apply a slight force to push the brush head onto the motor shaft. After the brush head is mounted, there will be a gap of 0.5 mm to 1 mm between the bottom of the brush head and the top of the handle. This ensures normal vibration.
Battery Status and Charging
This product and the portable sanitizer are charged prior to shipment from the factory. So, you can use them immediately. When the power indicator turns red, it indicates that the battery is low. Charge the product as soon as possible. The product and the portable sanitizer are charged with a standard type-C charger port featuring strong compatibility and fast charging. You can use a USB charger adapter or even a power bank in line with national standards to charge the product and the portable sanitizer. However, a poor-quality charger adapter can damage the product. To charge the product, first open the charger port cover at the bottom of the handle. Connect the charger cable that comes along with the product to a USB charger adapter in line with national standards. Place the electronic toothbrush in a dry place for charging. It takes approximately four to five hours to fully charge the unit. To charge the usmile portable sanitizer, connect the charger cable that comes along with it to a USB charger adapter in line with national standards. Place the portable sanitizer in a dry place for charging. It takes approximately two hours to fully charge. The power indicator will blink white as the product is charged. It will glow white when the battery is fully charged. When the battery level is about to be used up, the power indicator on the handle will glow red. The electronic toothbrush cannot be used. Please charge it soon. If the battery is used up, the power indicator will start to blink white to show the charging status a few minutes after the product is Connected to the charger cable. Be sure you have covered the charger port after charging before you start to use the electronic toothbrush. When charging the product at 5V=1A, do not use an adapter or charger with a minimum output voltage greater than 5V-.
Power On/Off/Switch Between Modes
On/Off Button/Mode Button Operating Instructions for the Electronic- Toothbrush:
- Power on: Under the power-off mode, short press the On/Off button to turn on the product
- Switch between modes: Under the power-on mode, short press the mode button to switch between modes
- Switch between forces: Under the power-on mode, short press the force button to switch between forces
- Suspend: Under the power-on mode, short press the On/Off button to suspend the product. You can continue to brush your teeth after short pressing the On/Off button again within 20 seconds
- Power off: Under the power-on mode, short press the On/Off button to suspend the product. This product will automatically turn off after being suspended for 20 seconds
Explanation of Brushing Modes:
- Clean mode: Teeth are brushed in a normal force at a fixed frequency. The frequency will change once to remind you of shifting to another section of your mouth.
- Before the timed shutdown, the frequency will change three times as a reminder
- White mode: Teeth are brushed in a stronger force at fixed + variable frequencies(a fixed frequency for three seconds and then a variable frequency for three seconds, repeating circularly).
- The frequency will change once to remind you of shifting to another section of your mouth.
- Before the timed shutdown, the frequency will change three times as a reminder. Soft mode: Teeth are brushed ina moderately gentle force at a fixed frequency.
- The frequency will change once to remind you of shifting to another section of your mouth. Before the timed shutdown, the frequency will change three times as a reminder.
- Massage mode: Gums are massaged in specific alternating forces. The frequency will change once to remind you of shifting to another section of your mouth.

Operating Instructions of the Portable Sanitizer:
Power on: Open the carry bag, push the brush head onto the buckle, and close the portable sanitizer. Sterilization will begin automatically and last 5 minutes each time
Adjust the Brushing Mode and Start to Brush Your Teeth
Wet the brush head and put some toothpaste on it. Put the brush head into your mouth and press the On/oft button on the handle to begin brushing.
Correct Tooth Brushing Method
Do not press the brush head hard when using the product. Maintain the contact between bristles and tooth surfaces and move the brush back and forth gently to clean your teeth. It is suggested that when brushing the outer and inner surfaces, you hold the brush at an angle toward the gum line, as shown in the figure below, to better clean your teeth. Brush each section of your mouth (upper right, upper left, lovwer right and lower left) for the same duration. After being turned on, the product will change its frequency to remind you of shifting to another section. When the total brushing time reaches the duration set in the app, the frequency will change three times as a reminder.
Cleaning and Storage
After brushing, press the On/Off button on the handle to stop the electronic toothbrush. Rinse the brush head and the handle. Then, dry them with a towel and place them upright on a dry surface. Keep the electronic tooth brush in a stable position to prevent it from tumbling or falling The portable sanitizer is not waterproof. Place it in a well-ventilated and dry place. Do not rinse or soak it. Wipe it with a clean cotton cloth
Travel with the Product
To travel with the product, remove the brush head and place it in the duct- proof case. You can put both the product and the brush head in the special carry bag. Properly place the handle to avoid other objects from pressing the button on it.

Install the usmile Oral Care
Scan the QR code or search usmile Oral Carein the app store, download and instal the app. If you have already downloaded the app, be sure it is the latest version.
Add a Device
Be sure your mobile phone network connection is normal. Turn Bluetooth on. Be sure your Bluetooth location permission is enabled. Follow app instructions to add a device.
- Please be sure your toothbrush has battery life. Place the toothbrush close to your mobile phone.
- Go to the home screen of the app. The app will pop up a box requesting connection. Follow instructions to add the device.
- If there is no such pop-up box after going to the home screen of the app, click “+” in the upper right corner to manually add the device as instructed. >>When the power/Bluetooth indicator turns blue, it indicates the toothbrush has been connected to the app.
- Upon connection, you can adjust the mode and force of the toothbrush in the app.
App FAQ
- Why does the Android app request location permissions?
- For Android Version 6.0 and above, the system requests users to grant location permissions before using the app.
- Possible reasons for the failure to find a Bluetooth device include:
- You have not granted Bluetooth and location permissions
- Bluetooth and location have not been enabled
- A linked toothbrush will no longer appear in the search list. To re-link it, delete the toothbrush first
- When failing to register/link a device, please be sure:
- The Bluetooth on your phone is enabled.
- The distance between the toothbrush and the mobile phone is shorter than five meters.
- No other phones were linked with the current toothbrush.
- It is suggested that the brush head should be replaced every 90 days. You can adjust the period through the “Brush Head Replacement Reminder” function.
Environmental Protection
The product contains a built-in rechargeable battery. Do not discard it together with domestic waste. When the product reaches its service life, the built-in battery may be removed, in accordance with the laws and regulations of your country or region. If you fail to remove the battery, please send the product to a recycling center designated by the government or the after-sales service department of usmile. Thank you for your effort in environmental protection. Remove the rechargeable battery: Do not disassembly the product unless you need to discard it. Early disassembly may damage the product. You should observe basic safety precautions. The power supply must be cut off before the battery is removed.
- Please be sure there is no battery life before it is removed. To use it up, press the On/Off button to turn on the electronic toothbrush. Keep it working till the red indicator indicating low battery level is off and the toothbrush does not vibrate.
- Use a slotted screwdriver to exert a force at the gap between the bottom cover and the handle to remove the bottom cover
- Use tweezers to press inward the two buckles on the movement Support for unbuckling.
- Hold the handle and press the shaft down to push the movement component out of the handle.
- Use an electric soldering iron to remove the soldered tin on the positive and negative poles of the battery. Then, remove the battery from the plastic support
- The battery should be safely disposed of. Please consult local waste management authorities to see if they recycle other parts of the toothbrush.
