SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Read all the instructions carefully before use.
- Only for outdoor use.
- The product gets very hot when in use —risk of burns.
- Always use pot-holders or oven gloves when handling the product.
- Never leave the product and grill unattended when the grill it is lit. Do not use or store flammable material or objects near the grill. Always have a fire extinguisher handy when using the product or the grill.
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the product and the grill.
- Do not use the product in strong wind.
- Do not wear loose-fitting clothes when handling the grill — fire risk.
- Use the pizza stone supplied with the product.
- Do not remove the product from the grill until it has cooled.
- The pizza stone is fragile and can break if it is dropped or knocked.

HOW TO USE
HEATING
NOTE:
Carefully unpack the pizza Insert. The pizza stone is fragile and can break if
it is dropped or knocked.
- Place the pizza insert on the grill surface. If a gas grill is used, make sure that the burners are uniformly placed and that the product is at the back of the grill.
- Allow the pizza insert to warm up for 5 to 10 minutes, because the radiant heat is used to cook the food in the product.
- When the pizza insert thermometer shows 180 to 200°C, place the pizza stone in the middle of the oven and push in as far as it goes.
- Allow the pizza stone to warm up for 3 to 6 minutes.
COOKING

Check the temperature of the pizza stone by splashing a few drops of water on it. The stone is warm enough if the water quickly boils away.

Use a pizza peel and place the pizza in the middle of the pizza stone in the middle of the oven.

After 1 to 2 minutes, turn the pizza a quarter turn with the pizza peel. Repeat at intervals of 45 to 60 seconds until the pizza is ready. The cooking time is about 3 to 6 minutes.

Take out the pizza.

MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
- Allow the pizza insert to cool.
- Clean the outside of pizza insert with detergent intended for stainless steel.
- Clean the enamelled surfaces on the pizza insert with water and a mild detergent, and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
- Scrape off any scraps from the surface of the pizza stone with a spatula or the equivalent.
- Wash the pizza stone with a washing-up brush under hot running water. Do not use washing-up liquid or other detergent.
Allow to dry.
NOTE:
- After being used repeatedly the pizza insert can turn a discoloured brown as a result of the heat. This is quite normal and does not mean that the product is damaged.
- The pizza stone consists of natural material that can darken in time. This does not affect the function of the pizza stone.
STORAGE
Store the pizza insert in a dry and cool place when not in use.
