• Does it work well with speakers that have an RMS of up to 40 watts each speaker? i have the klipsch r-1800-c speakers?
  I just got this to hook to 2 150w sony center speakers I have and it doesn’t drive them a third as hard as my receiver that is only 80w peak per channel, it would probably work better with your 40w speakers than mine, just don’t crank them up so high the start to distort. It’s better for speakers to have a higher-powered amp because a small amp struggling will clip and damage the speaker. This amp says it is only a 200w peak on the back and I doubt it’s actually half that with normal music, maybe if it charged up fully and had one quick release it could reach 200, but the advertised 500w is total VS! The only way it could hurt my 300w max speakers is from its highly filthy distortion at high levels.

• Does this come with a power cord? If not, what cord do I need?
  It comes with an AC adapter power brick. Kind of large – almost as big as the amp itself. But nice long cords so it’s easy to stow the brick out of the way.

  Dear customer, please use speaker cables to connect our power amplifier with passive speakers. If your speaker is active, you need to output from the headphone output port of the power amplifier to the speaker input port. There is no Bluetooth receiver-transmitter to connect them.

• What is the rms rating for each channel?
  RMS 100 rating for each channel.

• Does this can replace a receiver, or is this just an amp? What is the difference?
  I am glad to answer your question. I bought two devices, one is Donner Bluetooth 5.0 Stereo Audio Amplifier Receiver MAMP5. The other is this Class D Home Amp MAMP4. Thi one is more compact and exquisite, and its sound quality is better, I have no doubt that it has RMS 100 watts. I found that this device is no different except for the lack of an FM/MIC interface. Even this one can be plugged into headphones. It helps me very well when I don’t want to put music outside. Hope it will be useful to you too.

• Does it work for speakers and a subwoofer?
  It could be used with passive speakers within 4-16 ohm, 50W, but only two speakers can be used at most. And it cannot be used with a subwoofer.

• Is this bridgeable? I don’t want to split the left and right channels I will be using this for a whole-home stereo system?
  Yes, I bridged mine together for a jukebox and it works wonderfully.

• Will this work with a pre-amp turntable?
  Yes. That’s exactly how I use it – I just plug the turntable (which has its own built-in pre-amp) directly into this gadget and plug my speakers and headphones into this amp. Works great and I’ve been very satisfied with the audio. The fact that this model has a little bit of bass and treble adjustment is a big plus.

  Yes, it can power two speakers that each has up 40 watts of RMS.

• Does the amp automatically turn on when you connect your device or do you have to use the remote to turn it on every time you use it?
  They will connect automatically.
