• Accessing a Bluetooth speaker?
  The Bluetooth speaker already contains a small power amplifier, which could lead to burn-in after being amplified by other power amplifiers. The Bluetooth speaker is a Bluetooth receiver, which is the same as the Bluetooth function of the power amplifier. 
  

• How do I pair it with my iPhone? I have 2 mamp2 only one is paired.
  Dear customer, the system can only receive one model individually, so it can only be paired with one.

• Will it output to blue speakers?
  Dear customer, this amplifier supports AUDIO/ USB / wireless connection. Easily connected to external audio sources such as DVD / TV / Computer/ Phones/ ipad / MP3 player via the RCA (L/R) of audio input. And through USB input, you can connect the amplifier to a USB flash drive, supporting music formats including MP3 / APE / WAV / WMA, etc. You can refer to the product parameter to see if it is suitable for your speaker.

• What is causing a high-pitched whine from my amp in Bluetooth mode – very noticeable between songs and when not sending from my phone to the unit?
  Dear customer, the Bluetooth frequency may be causing interference. Please try to separate the devices. But there may also be a problem with the wire

• Do you need a preamp to connect a turntable?
  We suggest that you can use this amp to connect your turntable directly.

• If you are connecting 2 moukey amps together, to get 4 channels,do you connect the line out of one to the cd input of the other?
  You need to split the 2-channel stereo output into 4 feeds (4 RCA connectors) There are 2chanjel splitters available for little money.

• Can I connect this to another moukey amplifier?
  Yes, you can connect this amplifier to another Moukey amplifier.

• What is the procedure to operate USB input? no information in the manual. What is the maximum size in GB of the USB flash drive?
  Dear customer, the maximum range of USB reception is below 32G. After inserting, please press forward and backward to select tracks.

• How do I connect the amplifier to my tablet with Bluetooth?
  Just turn on the device and search and it should say mookey click and it should connect.

• Is this output 25 watts RMS per channel?
  I think it is, but I returned two of these – both of them had a whine in the speakers when using Bluetooth, and I couldn’t make it go away. I went with a different brand, and I’m happy with that one.

• Can i use banana plugs in this unit to hook up speakers? what size wires if needed? how do I wire it to speakers?
  Banana Plugs will not fit. The spring-loaded terminals are quite small, thus their holes won’t take the large wire. The speakers I am using with the amp came with approximately 22-gauge wire, which does fit. I’m guessing the largest gauge wire that can fit would be 18 gauge.

• I have a receiver that doesn’t have Bluetooth and i already have some speakers connected to that receiver. can I use this with that setup?
  This amplifier does not provide a dry audio output to connect to your existing receiver. If you already have a powered receiver and are interested in the Bluetooth feature, you can buy a simple Bluetooth receiver and connect it to an input on your existing system.
