  • For the initialisation process to be completed push the throttle stick to the top and back (1.2); an acoustic signal sounds. Once the LED lights up permanently, the binding process is completed. If this does not work, repeat the process.

Altitude Hold Adjustment

Altitude Hold Adjustment is a function that allows the model to maintain the predetermined altitude based on the measured air pressure by a barometer (or altimeter). The barometer measures on the basis of changes in air pressure, the height differences of the model and compensates automatically and unnoticeable.

Altitude Hold Adjustment

  1. Start operating method of the aircraft.

    • Start the aircraft:
Way 1: Move the two control sticks 45 ° downwards outwards (1), the rotors begin to rotate.
Way 2: Bring the two control sticks downwards by 45 ° to the centre (1.2), the rotors begin to rotate.
Way 3: Press the left upper button (1.3) on the transmitter to start the motor. Push upward the throttle lever, the aircraft will take off.
  2. Stop operating method of the aircraft.

    • Stop the aircraft:

Compass & Flyback function

Compass & Flyback function

Your model has a Compass & Flyback function. This means it is able to keep the desired flyback direction even if it turns in another direction during flight (the front does not face the flight direction anymore) and flies back to you semi-automatic.

First steps:

First of all you should choose the direction that you want to save in the compass of the model. This direction is used by the compass as the main flight direction. For example, you fly along a straight path and would like to use the compass mode; you have to choose the direction of the path as the main flight direction.
Now if you are using the compass mode to follow a moving object you do not have to waste a thought on the flying direction of the model. If you push the steering stick to the front the model will fly away from you. If you pull the steering stick to the back the model will fly back to you following the direction of the path (Compass function).

Setting up the Compass & Flyback mode:

The direction in which the model is facing at the first start is saved as Compass direction. The Compass & Flyback function can only be activated while the model is in the air and by pressing the Compass (A)/Flyback (B) button on your remote control. Indicated by the LEDs and sound from the remote control the model is entering Compass & Flyback mode. The model now automatically follows the programmed compass direction in Flyback mode regardless in which direction it is facing until you move the right control stick. After moving the right control stick the model is automatically in Compass Mode for you to control it on the compass direction. During use of the Compass & Flyback function you need to control the altitude with the throttle stick.

Low Voltage Warning

If the capacity of your battery is nearly empty the model shows this by a low voltage warning. The LEDs at the bottom of the model will start to flash. Now you should quickly make your way back with your model as it lands automatically after approx. 45 seconds.

Caution

Always switch off the model immediately after each use. Immediately after each use the battery should be disconnected from the model. The battery can be deeply discharged by leaving it switched on accidentally or leaving it plugged in. Deep discharge causes the battery to lose power or can be damaged to such an extent that charging or discharging is no longer possible or the battery can self-ignite during charging or discharging (fire hazard). Never attempt to charge or discharge deeply discharged batteries. The battery voltage should never fall below 3 volts to avoid deep discharge.
The fully charged battery has a voltage of approx. 4,2 Volt. After use, the intact battery should be fully charged immediately after a cooling phase of at least 10 minutes but at the latest after 12 hours to avoid subsequent deep discharge by self-discharge. If the battery is not used or stored for a longer period of time, the battery should be checked for voltage (min. 3,9 volts) or damage at least every 3 months and charged or disposed of if necessary.
