BOOTSTRAP FARMER Greenhouse Hoops Bender Tool
HOOP BENDER 6′-20′ Models
4′ & 6′ Benders are for 3/4 x 10′ EMT 10’, 12’, and 20’ benders are for 1 3/8
x10’Top Rail only 9″ Each bender comes with a cheater bar for leverage (
Except 4′ & 6′ Bender) 
Mount bender on sturdy object with enclosed carriage bolts, or 3″+ wood
screws. After pipes are marked with 1st 9″ mark from the end and then ever
18″, place the 1st 9″ line at the collars edge. Bend the pipe along the rib of
the bender until pipe lightly touches the bender.
Do not over bend!
- 6′ hoop = 1 3/4″x10′ EMT
- 10′ hoop = 2 1 3/8″x10′ top rail
- 12′ hoop = 2 1 3/8″x10′ top rail
- 20′ hoop = 3 1 3/8″x10′ top rail
You will need a different hoop bender for each width.

HOOP BENDER 4′ Models
Mount bender on sturdy object with enclosed carriage bolts, or 3″+ wood screws. 4′ Benders DO NOT come with or need a cheater bar extension. Mark EMT at 22 1/2″ from the end and then at 46 1/2 from Both Ends. Bend at 22 1/2 and at 46 1/2, remove from bender, flip and bend at 22 1/2 and 46 1/2 from the opposite end you started with.

Bend the pipe along the rib of the bender until pipe lightly touches the
bender.
Do not over bend!
4′ hoop = 1-10′ 3/4 EMT You will need a different hoop bender for each width.
