Introduction

Imagine you are making Swedish meatballs, your hands are sticky and you forgot how much bread crumbs to add – then just ask Google. You are also able to check your calendar, control smart devices like lamps, ovens, thermostats and door locks. With Chromecast you can stream audio from hundreds of apps.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • NETWORK: Your network must have a high-speed internet connection, as the Audio Pro system is designed to utilise free, online software updates.

PLEASE NOTE:
Audio Pro speakers communicate via a 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz home network with support for 802.11 b/g/n/ac wireless technology.

  • ROUTER: High-speed DSL/cable modem, or fibre-to-the-home broadband connection for proper playback of internet-based music services.
  • Different routers provide different levels of performance. Please use a good wireless router to achieve the best possible performance.

After a signal, the speaker is ready for setup.

DOWNLOAD THE APP

Search for ”Google Home” Run the Google Home app and set up your speaker as instructed in the app. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the Wi- Fi setup.

If you only want to use the G10 as an AirPlay speaker, configure it with one of your Apple devices. apple.com/ios/home
Sign in with your Google account. If you do not have, create one. You will need this to be able to use the voice assistant

GOOGLE ASSISTANT

Your speaker comes with Google Assistant built in. You can play music, get answers, manage everyday tasks, and easily control smart devices around your home by using your voice. Always start with “Ok Google” or “Hey Google” and then your request. For the latest voice commands, visit assistant.google.com.

Press to turn off the builtin microphone to disable voice command detection.
To resume the microphone function, press once again.
If the power cable is unplugged the microphones will be unmuted when the speaker is powered on again.

WIFI FAQ

PROBLEMS? TRY THIS FIRST:

  • Make sure that your iOS/Android device is connected to your network before attempting to connect the speaker.
  • Restart your router.
  • Place the speaker near your router when connecting to the network.
  • Make sure your router has the latest firmware.
  • Try performing a Factory Reset on your router and check whether your speaker wants to connect.
  • If, after all this, you are still experiencing problems, please contact our support desk. (www.audiopro.com/ser-vice-and-support/)

MY SPEAKER WILL NOT CONNECT TO MY NETWORK

  • Make sure that your iOS/Android device is connected to your network before attempting to connect the speaker.
  • Place the speaker near your router when connecting to the network.

MUSIC DROPS OUT/SKIPS OR YOU EXPERIENCE DELAYS

  • Check that your Internet connection is working correctly.
  • Restart your router.
  • Check other devices on the network, they may be using a lot of bandwidth. For example, some may be downloading files or streaming high definition video.

  8. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

  17. Object and Liquid Entry
    Never push objects of any kind into the product through openings as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short-out parts that could result in a fire or electric shock. The product shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases shall be placed on the product. No naked flame sources such as lighted candles etc., should never be placed on the product.

  18. Make sure that there is adequate ventila-tion if you install the product in confined spaces, such as bookshelves or racks. Leave a distance of 20 cm above and on both sides of the product and 10 cm behind it. The back end of a shelf or board closest to the top of the product should be pushed forward to give a gap of about 10 cm behind. In this way an exuding channel is formed where heated air can flow up.

  19. The power supply and power cord for this product is intended for indoor use only.

  20. Use only the supplied power cord/adapter.
