Product introduction

1. Charging distance up to 10mm, place the phone on the charger while using.

The overall thickness of the case cannot over 10mm Cant charge properly when your phone case contains metal materials, or when there are metal objects in the case, such as coins, key cards, bank cards, etc

Note:  The thickness of the phone case can’t be more than 10mm(039″).

Safety Notice

1. Do not pull the power cord forcibly to prevent the power cord from being damaged.
2. Do not disassemble the E10 by yourself or throw it into fire or water to avoid short circuit leakage.
3. Do not use the E10 in high temperature, humid or corrosive environments to avoid damage to the circuit and leakage.

Precautions

1. Please use a power adapter that supports QC 3.0 and above protocols to achieve a fast charge. Otherwise, it might have a nega­tive impact on the charging speed
2. Do not place metal objects or magnetic cards on the wireless charger, it may cause damage and the charger may not work.
3. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the equip­ment for maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wireless charging is slow

1. Please make sure you are using a QC 3.0 or above series adapter, using the non-QC adapter will result in insufficient input power, leading to a slow charging experience.
2. If your phone is running a lot of applications while charging, please reduce the number of operation apps.
3. If the charging efficiency is low and heated up your phone, it’ s recommended to adjust the charging position of your phone, please make sure your phone is placed in the center of the wireless charger.

The charger is heating up

It is normal for your Qi-enabled devices to have an increase in temperature, if the Qi-enabled device is really heated up, please relocate the phone and place it in the center of the wireless charger.

Wireless charger not working

1. 11 the indicator light keeps flashing, please make sure there isn’t any metallic object on the charger, and relocate your phone onto the center of the charger.
2. If the red light hasn’t flashed once after plugging in, please check if the adapter and the cable are connected correctly, and make sure it’s properly powered on.
