Precautions
The device is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Charge the device for at least 8 hours before first-time use.
- Rechargeable batteries can only be recharged under adult supervision.
- Only the attached Type-C cable can be used to charge the Wireless charger is also applicable. correct charging may cause damage to the battery and the device.
- Do not attempt to disassemble rechargeable batteries or battery packs.
- Keep the battery out of reach of children. Swallowing may cause suffocation and need to be sent to the hospital immediately.
- Do not dispose of batteries in the fire as they may explode.Batteries may also explode if damaged. Please handle and dispose of according to local laws & regulations
Enter Pairing Mode
Opening the top cover of the charging box would enter the automatic pairing mode with both indicator lights flashing. The pairing takes about 10s and the sound”connected” indicates its success.
Start Pairing
Turn on the “Bluetooth” function on the phone, search for ” TWS09″, click to connect, and wait for the sound”connected” indicating its success. Both indicator lights would turn off first and then the blue indicator light would turn too slow flashing. When pairing with other devices please disconnect or unpair the Earbuds in the”Bluetooth” control panel so that the Earbuds would enter standby mode. The Earbuds would automatically shut down for power saving if it is not connected to the Bluetooth device for 5 minutes
Charging the Charging Box
Use the attached USB Type-C Cable to charge the Charging Box. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the Earbuds and the Charging Box.
Charging Box Indicator lights

Mobile Charging
Put left and right Earbuds into the corresponding position of the charging Box. The magnet parts inside would adjust the Earbuds to a fit condition. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge both Earbuds.

Operation of Touch Panel
L Left ear
- Tap: Pause/ Play/ Answer cal1/Hang up cal1
- Double Click: APT ON-ANC ONANC OFF
- Triple Click: Volume-
- Incoming call: Press to answer/Hold to hang up Press 10S to turn off the Earbuds, then press 12S to reboot and restore the Earbuds to factory settings.
- Press 2S: Switch to the last song
- Press 10S: Turn off the Earbuds
- Gaming mode: When connected to the phone, press 4 times to enter the gaming mode and one tap to exit.
R Right ear
- Tap: Pause/Play/ Answer cal1/Hang up call
- Double Click: APT ON-ANC ON -ANC OFF
- Triple Click: Volume+
- Incoming call: Press to answer/Hold to hang up Press 10S to turn off the Earbuds, then press 12S to reboot and restore the Earbuds to factory settings.
- Press 2S: Switch to the next song
- Press 10S: Turn off the Earbuds
- Gaming mode: When connected to the phone, press 4 times to activate Voice Assistant and one tap to exit.
Follow the below steps to reset the device during a malfunction. If only one Earbud is producing sound, please put both Earbuds back into the Charging Box, Close the top cover, then open the top cover so that the Earbuds may enter pairing mode again. Follow the below steps to reset the device, If only one Earbud is functioning
- Take the Earbuds out of the Charging Box, Press and hold both Earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds to power off.
- Press and hold both Earbuds simultaneously for 12 seconds to reboot and restore to factory settings. Follow the below steps to enter automatic pairing mode
- Press and hold both Earbuds simultaneously for 5 seconds to power on. The Earbuds would enter automatic pairing mode with both indicator lights flashin9
- Put both Earbuds back into the Charging Box, Close the top cover, then open the top cover. The Earbuds would enter automatic pairing mode with both indicator lights flashing.
- To ensure the normal use of the battery, if the Earbuds are not used for a long time, please put the Earbuds into the Charging Box to avoid loss of power and influence the playing time when the Earbuds cannot be automatically shut down in the ANC and APT mode.
- The risk of hearing loss can be reduced by following the below safety guide lines when using the device: When Wearing the Earbuds, adjust the volume to the minimum, and then slowly adjust the volume to a comfortable level. Keep the volume as low as possible. When the volume needs to be increased, please adjust the volume slowly. Stop using immediately if you feel unwell in the ear or if you have tinnitus. Listening at a high volume for a long period of time will make your ears used to such volume, causing permanent damage to your hearing without any apparent discomfort.
- If you are wearing a pacemaker or other electronic medical equipment, Please seek medical advice before using this device.
- The packaging contains small parts that can endanger children. Please keep them out of the reach of children. Swallowing plastic bags can cause suffocation.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the device or insert any objects device on your own. Otherwise, it may cause a short circuit, resulting in a fire or electronic shock. Abnormal use would shorten battery life. The fully-charged battery would gradually run out when not in use. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight, dust, or heat sources nearby.
- Customers shall not replace or repair any component. Only authorized dealers or repair services centers can open the finished devices. If any part of the device needs to be replaced for any reason(including normal wear & tear, damage, or cracking) please contact the vendor.
- Keep the device from rain, moisture, or close contact with other liquids.
- If the device is overheated, dropped & damaged, or fell into liquids, please stop using it.
- Wearing Earbuds while driving may be restricted by local laws and regulations. Please consult with local authorities. Please precautions when using the Earbuds under situations requiring attention.
- Maintenance of built-in battery: The device is powered by a rechargeable battery. New Battery needs to be recharged and discharged two or three times before its function is released. Fully-charged battery should be disconnected from the charger to avoid loss of capacity during overcharging
- Battery warning: Improper use of batteries may cause fire or chemical burns.
- Refer to the user manual for the description of the charging indicator light status.
- When unplugging the charging cable or any enhanced accessories, please hold the plug and pull it out instead of plugging the charging wire directly. Do not use a damaged charger
External Device
Used recommended adapter to charge.
- Dispose of batteries according to local laws & regulations.
- Please recycle if possible.
- Do not dispose of the batteries as household garbage or into the fire to avoid explosion.
- Unless otherwise specified in this manual or quick start guide, users are not allowed to remove or replace the battery on their own. Such operations may damage the device.
