CAUTION! BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTINANCE OR SERVICE:

• READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND REFER TO ALL WARNINGS.
• MAKE SURE UNIT IS UMPLUGGED FROM OUTLET AND ALLOWED TO COOL.
• MAKE SURE CASTERS ARE IN LOCKED POSITION.
• EPLACEMENT PARTS MIGHT HAVE SHARP EDGE(S). WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES.
• HAVE A HELPER FOR HEAVY PARTS.

TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY:

• Adjustable wrench (not provided)
• Screwdriver (not provided)

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. UNPLUG GRILL from electrical outlet

2. Remove 3x screws securing DIGITAL CONTROL BOX and set control box on top of hopper.
   

3. Cut zip tie and then carefully disconnect TEMP PROBE WIRES and all other wires. Set control box off to the side.
   

NOTE: WHEN RECONNECTING WIRES, MAKE SURE TO COORDINATE MATCHING COLORS AS SHOWN IN STEP 3. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY DAMAGE THE CONTROL BOARD.

4. Remove COOKING GRATES, WARMING RACKS, SEAR ZONE COMPONENTS, GREASE TENT, HEAT DISTRIBUTION PLATE, GREASE BUCKETS, PELLET BUCKET and ASH CUP.
   

5. Remove 5x screws securing FRONT SHELF & SIDE SHELF, set shelves to the side.
   NOTE: Your grill may have a SIDE SHELF and front TOWEL BAR. Remove these components.
   

6. On the left-hand side of your grill, directly above the hopper, remove screw retaining PROBE OPENING COVER.
   

7. Remove SMOKESTACK CAPS, remove 6x screws securing SMOKESTACKS, remove 2x screws securing LID, and remove 2x screws securing HANGERS from back of FIREBOX.
   

8. Remove 2x screws securing sear zone HANDLE LEVER, then remove 2x screws securing sear zone HANDLE LEVER BOX.
   

9. Remove 4x screws securing sear zone GREASE BLOCK and take it out.
   

10. Remove 2x screws securing sear zone STATIONARY HEAT SHIELD and take it out.
    

11. Remove STATIONARY HEAT SHIELD BASE.
    

12. Remove FIREBOX HEAT SHIELD from 4x hooks.
    

13. HOPPER REMOVAL (2 people required for this step)
    First, remove 4x screws securing AIR CHANNEL COVER and take it out.
    Second, remove 5x screws securing HOPPER.
    
    Carefully slide HOPPER from grill and set off to the side.
    This is a good time to remove the old gasket and replace with the new one provided.

14. Remove 4x screws securing AIR CHANNEL SUPPORT and take it out.
    

15. First, Remove 4x R-Pins securing side and back WIRE CHANNELS and take them out,
    Second, Remove 2x screws securing side CHAMBER PROBE SHEILD and take it out,
    Third, Remove 2x screw securing back GRATE PROBE BRACKET and take it out.
    

16. Turn FIREBOX to sit on its left end cap, loosen 4x screws securing 4 LEGs & BASE ASSEMBLY and Carefully take it off.
    Using new components, Carefully reassemble in the reverse order in which they were removed.

NOTE: WHEN RECONNECTING WIRES, MAKE SURE TO COORDINATE MATCHING COLORS AS SHOWN IN STEP 3. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY DAMAGE THE CONTROL BOARD.
