FAQs

• Intermittency or noise in playback
Intermittency or noise happens if the mobile phone and the earphone are beyond the normal use distance(10m, open environment, free of obstructions) or there are obstructions. *Tips: TWS products may experience intermittent playback in very few environments with strong wireless interference.
• Unable to connect a paired phone
Usually paired earphones and mobile phones can be automatic- catty connected without pairing again. In case of connection failure, please delete the earphone from the Bluetooth device list of your mobile phone, reset the earphones to pairing mode following the 9th instruction above, and pair again.
• Restore Factory Settings /Initialization
Please initialize them If resetting the earphone does’ t help. Please delete the earphone registration information from the connected device first. When the earphone is turned on and no connection, the touched key should be touched and clicked 5 consecutive times and held on at the fifth time. Voice prompt: “Reset paired device List”, the white light turns on for one second and then turns off to initialize the earphone. Then put the earphone into the charging case, close the cover and charge it for more than 3 seconds, open the cover, the earphone would be turned on, and enter the pairing mode automatically again, and then re-register the device.

Note:

  1. When the bilateral housings are interconnected, use one of the housing to perform the above operations, and the earphone will be initialized synchronously.
  2. When the bilateral housings are not interconnected, both should be initialized separately, and perform the above operations. (Put the earphone into the charging case, close the cover and charge it for more than 3 seconds, open the cover, and the bilateral housing will be interconnected automatically)
  3. The operations are invalid when the earphone is connected to any device.

NOTES

  1. Please control the volume and time of use for better hearing protection.
  2. Do not use in potentially hazardous environments to ensure safety.
  3. Avoid use in driving. Listening to music or making calls in driving distracts and may cause danger.
  4. Please place the product out of the reach of children to avoid danger caused by improper use of children.
  5. Avoid water/moisture in case of damage to the earphones.
  6. Always avoid high volume, it may block you from the sounds around you or cause ear illnesses such as tinnitus.
  7. If you feel obvious discomfort, e.g., irritation or other adverse reactions when using, please stop using the product immediately and contact medical service.
  8. Extreme temperatures shorten the life of the product(battery). Please avoid using below -15°C or above 55°C.
  9. Please keep clean of the dust-proof nozzle and the charging contact points, cleaning every 1 or 2 months is recommended.
  10. The product contains a built-in rechargeable lithium battery.
  11. Safety precautions for battery use include: do not disassemble, impact, stick, or temperature. In case of very high temperature or bulging, etc., please stop using it immediately.
  12. There may be differences between pictures and real objects. Any product design and specification are subject to change without prior notice. squeeze, soak in water or throw into fire; and do not use it under high

One-year Free Warranty Policy

In case of non-man-made damage caused by internal fracture of cable at the branch, joint and plug joint (It’ s of internal damage, not the external damage of cable), It could be provided free warranty or replacement within half-year according to specific conditions. If the cable skin at the fracture is damaged, which is not covered by the free warranty. If the earphone fails due to non-human reasons, it can be provided free warranty within one year.

Scope and Period of warranty

  1. The warranty is limited to product failures caused by poor materials or manufacturing processes.
  2. The warranty period shall be calculated from the purchasing date (subject to the purchase certificate). If the purchase certificate cannot be provided, it shall be calculated from the date of production.
  3. The free warranty is one year for earphones, and half a year for cable or other accessories. Failed products beyond the warranty period can be repaired or replaced by extra paying (please consult TANCHJIM’s customer service for specific charges).
  4. Warranty service won’t be provided anymore for this model one year after the product is announced to be discontinued.

Principles of warranty

  1. Free warranty for products that meet the warranty period and warranty scope.
  2. The warranty card and purchase certificate should be shown when carrying out the warranty.
  3. The extra fee would be charged for the products which have been out of warranty period or scope please consult TANCHJIM’s customer service for specific charges).
  4. Products won’t be guaranteed if it has been certified as disassembled or repaired via hird party by the TANCHJIM technology team.
  5. Please packed by the original package or durable packing if the product is delivered back for repair. No warranty would be given if the product is damaged due the improper packing.
  6. Different countries or regions may have different after-sales service regulations. For details, please consult local authorized dealers.
