DIRECT + VIBRATO = CHORUS
The CHORUS effect is perceived when the direct signal is combined with the pitch-modulated copy, i.e. VIBRATO. When the DIRECT ON/OFF is set to OFF, what remains is VIBRATO.

Overview
- 9V DC POWER – use a clean power supply to provide the pedal with +9V DC, 200mA, centre negative power.
- RATE – controls the speed of the chorus/vibrato effect.
- RESONANCE – controls the level of vibrato signal being recirculated into the BBD input.
- WAVESHAPE – changes the behaviour of the modulation from a smooth sine wave (counterclockwise) to a triangle wave (clockwise).
- DEPTH – controls how subtle (counterclockwise) or extreme (clockwise) the pitch modulation of the chorus/vibrato is.
- OUTPUT – 1 K
- INPUT – 1 M
- RATE INDICATORS – indicate the rate of modulation, alternating between two horizontal and two vertical LEDs in sync with the rate selected by the rate knob (2).
- CLIP WARNING INDICATOR – indicates when the amount of input signal is too high and could cause the BBD to distort. Reduce the signal level of the input to avoid BBL distortion.
- BYPASS LED – indicates when the unit is in bypass mode (LED OFF).
- BYPASS FOOTSWITCH – toggles the unit to and from bypass mode. The spring pedal has buffered bypass. When powered on, the unit will be in bypass mode by default.
- DIRECT ON / OFF FOOTSWITCH – toggles the direct signal on and off from the output mix. With the direct signal removed from the mix, the pedal produces a vibrato effect.
- DIRECT ON / OFF LED – indicates if the direct signal is turned off (LED OFF) or on (LED ON).
