• How long do you have to charge the speaker?
  It only took a little knee 2 hours to fully charge mine.

• I’m a bass head. How is the bass?
  Considering the size and price, I agree it’s at least a 6/10, probably better. If you want thumping bass, you’d need to spend much more on a high-quality subwoofer than the $40 this speaker costs. It has excellent bass for a unit.

• Is this loud enough for an outdoor dance fitness class?
  Off Course it is! I’m amazed at how loud and clear it sounds, I personally use it outdoors, to work out, and family and friends say it loud love it plus easy to carry.

• Does it have separate tone controls?
  Yes, it has separate buttons to adjust the volume of sound and can be controlled by remote control.

• What size microphone is compatible? The one I ordered was too big?
  A microphone with a small 3.5mm plug. If you have a microphone with a 6.35mm plug, you just need to buy a copper adapter to use it.

• Can the remote be used to skip Youtube ads?
  No, it only remotely controls the Bluetooth speaker.Cannot remote control others.

• How do I change this? I didn’t come with a power cord and I’ve had it plugged in via USB for two days now and I still can’t get it to come on.
  Mine came with a power cord but not the box. Use USB via a charging stand to charge.. then it can be taken off and used until the battery dies.

• Does it come with a cord to plug into the wall outlet?
  You need a USB cord to charge it. No electric cord. It comes with that. Easy peasy.

• Is it loud enough?
  Yes, the maximum volume can be up to 120 decibels, the ear is a little unbearable, or lower the sound for the health of the ear.

• Can you Link 2 speakers to play at once
  Yes, it has TWS capability. At the same time, open two Bluetooth speakers and a Bluetooth mobile phone, first use the phone to connect a Bluetooth speaker, and then long press the mode key of the second Bluetooth speaker, until the two Bluetooth speakers are successfully connected.

• I have a retro-style book box with Bluetooth capability, will these pair up with them?
  Did you mean “boom” box? Sure will connect. Can’t imagine why you’d want to go from stereo to mono.

• How do you change the radio stations? It’s only coming up on a certain radio station but won’t let me go to another  
  Entering Radio mode, long pressing the volume button will automatically search for Radio Stations.

• Can the speaker be connected to a mobile phone to play music?
  Yes, it supports a variety of ways to play, you can play music by connecting to Bluetooth, or you can use AUX cable to connect mobile phones, computers, MP3, MP4, and other auxiliary connection devices to play music. It can also automatically play music from the U-Disk.
