Set Print Mode

Uninet iColor 2 Step Standard

  • Must be in Overprint
  • Page size must match the media being used. (A3, A4, A4 XL)
  • White coverage: at least 150%

Temperature: 310ºF/154ºC

  1. iColor 500/600: Ultra Heavy 1
  2. iColor 550/540: DO NOT USE
  3. iColor 560: DO NOT USE
  4. iColor 650: Ultra Heavy 1
  5. iColor 800: Thick to 163g/220g
  • Make sure the design is mirrored
  • Print side is coated side
  • Preheat the closed press to 310°F / 154°C. Wait for the heat press to reach the desired temperature before moving forward.
  • Center the A – sheet on the lower platen, and ensure that the print side is face UP.
  • Place the B – sheet ahesive side DOWN on top of the A – sheet. Fold a corner of the B sheet for an easy peel.

HOT PEEL

  • hold the A – sheet flat on the press and peel the B – sheet away in a smooth, low, and slow continuous motion.
  • Use a scissor or rotary cutter to cut around the A sheet, removing any residue left during the marrying process.
  • Thread your garment onto the heat press. Align your image on the garment and fix it in place using heat resistant tape.
  • Cover with a sheet of parchment or kraft paper and press at 310°F / 154°C for 30 seconds. Press with med-high pressure.
  • Allow the garment to cool completely. With the garment on a flat surface, peel away the A-sheet in a smooth, gentle, slow motion.

Fixing (optional)

  • Place the garment back on the heat press. Cover image with parchment or kraft paper. Press for 10 sec at 310°F / 154°C
