INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Carefully read the following instructions before using your product. The Paw Patrol Saucer should be hung with the intent that children will be sitting or laying on it so find secure support and ample space.
INSTALLATION
- Install the swing only on a level surface.
- NEVER install the swing on a hard surface such as tile, concrete, packed earth, etc.
- ALWAYS install the swing over a soft and proper shock-absorbent material such as wood chips, mulch, or shredded rubber of sufficient depth – between 9-12”. Dirt and grass are the most prevalent surfaces found in backyards and on playgrounds. However, they do not adequately protect children from head injuries should they fall.
- DO NOT install loose fill surfacing over hard surfaces such as concrete or asphalt.
- Ensure that the supporting structure is secure. This means it should support at least 600 pounds, is over level ground, has a minimum height of 7ft, and is no less than 6ft away on all sides from other elements.
- The swing should have a clearance of at least 1.5x the total length of all the rope measured from the tree limb/ horizontal beam to the metal O rings’ attachment point.
- The bottom of the swing should be no more than 24” and no less than 18” from the ground.
- Remove any tripping hazards, such as rocks, tree stumps, loose toys etc. from the play area.
SWING ASSEMBLY
Attach the swing to a swing set by removing two sets of existing swings from
it’s hooks. Then attach the Paw Patrol Saucer by using a carabiner (not
included) that is rated for at least 500lbs. Allow for 1.5x the total length
of the rope for clearance on all sides. The bottom of the swing should be no
more than 24” and no less than 18” from the ground.
Before play, ensure that the strength of the object you are hanging the swing
from is adequate.

- Individuals should exercise caution when walking close to, in front of, or behind moving swings.
- Children should not jump off the swing while it is in motion.
- Children should not twist or loop the swing chains or ropes. This may weaken the strength of the supports.
- When in use, children should sit or lay in the center of the swing with their full weight on the seat.
- Empty swings should not be pushed. The swing could rebound and may cause serious injury.
- Children should be dressed appropriately when using the swing. Strings or loose clothing could get caught inthe swing chains.
