RHYTHM HEALTHCARE 729 Rally Lite 3-Wheel Rollator

USER INSTRUCTIONS

Please read the instructions before assembly and use of this product. This rollator must be assembled and fitted for the user by a qualified healthcare professional or provider. Unfold the rollator by pulling side frames apart. Then push the center folding mechanism toward the front of the rollator to lock it in place. Extend rear wheels by sliding rear frame tubing out until push pins lock into place. Insert screw knobs on each side and tighten them securely. Insert handles into receiving tubes at top of the frame with brake cables to the outside of the frame. Adjust handles to the desired height and insert screw knobs to lock them into place. Tighten screw knobs securely and attach brake cables to clips on the frame. Lock the brakes by pushing the brake handles down until they click into place and the rear wheels do not roll. To fold for storage, pull back on the upper folding mechanism and push the handles together. To unfold for use, pull hand grips apart and push the folding mechanism until it locks into place.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

  • Ensure that all hardware is secure at all times.
  • Replace any broken, damaged, and/or worn parts immediately.
  • Clean with warm water and a mild cleanser. Dry with a clean, soft cloth.
  • Brakes may loosen over time and should be adjusted by a qualified provider. Failure to do this may result in injury to the user.

PRECAUTIONS

  • Do NOT use before extending the frame with rear wheels fully.
  • Watch our for cords, throw rugs, toys on the floor, and/or spilled liquids.
  • Make sure all folding mechanisms are in the locked position when the walker is in use.
  • Do NOT use it on stairs or curbs.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided against any factory defects in the material or workmanship of the walker frame. One (1) year warranty against defective materials or workmanship on all other components, assemblies, and parts. This warranty does not cover device failure due to misuse, negligence, improper storage or handling, improper operation, and/or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear on hand grips, brake cables, wheels, and totes are not covered under warranty. These items are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement and/or adjustment. Please see your provider for periodic evaluations of your walker. It is recommended, but not required, that the walker be returned to the Rhythm Healthcare, LLC provider through whom it was originally purchased. However, all Rhythm Healthcare, LLC providers are qualified to assist you in obtaining warranty service. Prior authorization is required for products returned to Rhythm Healthcare, LLC. All Rhythm Healthcare, LLC products are identified by a serial number at the time of manufacture. Removing or defacing the serial number may void this warranty. In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Rhythm Healthcare, LLC will determine if the product will be repaired or replaced.
