Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Remove OEM Bed Bolts
Use a T55 (Torx 55) drive to remove the (4) OEM bed bolts. Refer to Photo 1 for guidance. -
Step 2: Position RailTrax Rails
Place each RailTrax Rail between the bed bolt holes with the lettering facing outwards for proper paracord anchor point usage. See Photo 2 for reference. -
Step 3: Install RailTrax Rails
Insert the (4) RailTrax Bolts through each slot on the RailTrax Rails. Secure the bolts directly to the vehicle frame using the TP50 (Torx Plus 50) drive provided. -
Step 4: Torque Bolts
Ensure each bolt is torqued to 50 ft/lb for proper installation. -
Step 5: Connect L-Series Fittings
Connect or disconnect the L-series tie-down fittings as needed to secure your cargo effectively.

Install Instructions
Parts Included:

- (4) RailTrax Bolts
- (1) TP50 (Torx Plus 50) 3/8” Drive
- (4) Single Stud L-Series Fittings
- Step 1: Remove the (4) OEM bed bolts utilizing a T55 (Torx 55) drive (see photo 1)
- Step 2: Position each RailTrax Rail between the bed bolt holes. Ensure the lettering is facing outwards to allow the paracord anchor point to be properly utilized (see photo 2).
- Step 3: Install the (4) RailTrax Bolts through each slot on the RailTrax Rails and secure directly to the frame of the vehicle utilizing the TP50 (Torx Plus 50) drive included.
- Step 4: Torque each bolt to 50 ft/lb.
- Step 5: Connect/disconnect any L-series tie down fittings as required to secure your cargo.
