Warranty
This product has a one-year Serafim warranty service, only in the following cases should not be contained into the warranty of Serafim:
- The product is repaired, modified, or altered unless such repair, modification, or alteration is authorized in written form by Serafim.
- In all cases, the commencement date for the period is one year from the actual day of purchase, as reflected on the authorized reseller’s or distributor’s invoice /receipt provided to you.
If some of the descriptions are inconsistent with the pictures due to factors such as Serafim Audio APP’s official software upgrade or product appearance changes, the current actual situation shall prevail, and Serafim Technology will reserve the right of final interpretation.

Serafim Audio APP Features
Android/iOS
**Please allow the Serafim Audio app to access the location of your device.
The location is used to provide you with localized content.
Storage permission is for accessing saved projects.
- Download and install Serafim Audio from the mobile phone to Google Play/App Store.
- After turning on the Bluetooth function of the phone and the power of Serafim Audio Box, tap Serafim Audio to log in and it will automatically search for device pairing.
- After entering Serafim Audio, you can turn on the equalizer and adjust the EQ equalizer parameters, as well as the 3D Surround and Bass enhancement functions according to your needs.
- After adjusting the equalizer parameters, press the “+” icon to enter a name to save the current solution. Swipe left on the name of the saved plan to delete the plan.
- The parameters set by the Serafim Audio APP will be changed according to the user’s button adjustment on the Serafim Audio Box.
- When the Serafim Audio APP is closed, the Serafim Audio Box will be defined by the parameters adjusted by the last APP.

Safety Notes
- If you encounter problems with the correct operation of the device, and the troubleshooting does not help, please unplug the device and contact our online customer service, or go to https://serafim-tech.com/contact for support. Do not try to disassemble or repair this device yourself under any circumstances, otherwise, the warranty will be invalid.
- In order to maintain the sound quality of the device, when using the device and charging at the same time, do not charge with low-current power sources, such as low-voltage charging devices, computer USB ports.. etc.
- Keep the device away from liquid or any humid environment. Operate this device within the ideal temperature range (0°C (32°F) to 40°C (104°F)). If the temperature is out of the ideal range, turn off the device until the temperature returns to the ideal range.
- Do not use it at excessive volume for a long time, otherwise, it may damage your hearing. In addition, the laws of some countries/regions stipulate that in an environment that affects hearing and has a sound volume of 86 decibels, you may not stay for more than 8 hours a day. Therefore, it is recommended that if you want to use the headset for a long time, turn down the volume as much as possible. Please be sure to maintain your hearing health.
- Audio Box has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Generally speaking, the service life of this battery is usually related to usage habits. If you think the included rechargeable lithium battery is exhausted (low battery), please try charging first. If the battery cannot be charged smoothly after many attempts, the battery may be out of use. Do not disassemble and replace the battery by yourself.
