BEDIENEN
De Smartwatch Gents Notify is uitgerust met een kroon met drukknop waarmee u
de verschillende functies kunt bedienen: – Activiteit/Slaap – Datum –
Wereldtijd (2e tijdzone) – Temperatuur (temperatuur van het horloge) –
Chronograaf – Work-out (5 verschillende sporten kunnen worden gemonitord)
De volgende functies zijn standaard beschikbaar op uw horloge: – Tijd en datum
altijd zichtbaar – Volgen van activiteit – Monitoren van slaap Daarnaast kunt
u met de bijpassende app 3 verschillende functies toevoegen om op uw horloge
te bekijken.
3 SECONDEN INGEDRUKT HOUDEN: Wisselt de modus tussen activiteit en slaap. Als
de kleine wijzer (hier in het blauw) de datum aanwijst, bevindt u zich in de
modus voor het volgen van activiteit. Als de kleine wijzer (hier in het blauw)
de maan aanwijst, bevindt u zich in de modus voor het monitoren van slaap.

ALTIJD OP TIJD
U hoeft nooit meer een tijd, dag en datum in te stellen – als u door tijdzones
reist, neemt het horloge de tijd over van uw smartphone en geeft het
automatisch de huidige tijd weer.

WORLDTIMER
U kunt ervoor kiezen om een tweede tijdzone op uw horloge weer te geven. Een
functie die vooral handig is als u op reis bent om uw tijd thuis bij te
houden. Afhankelijk van de instellingen van uw drukknop (één keer, twee keer
of drie keer de kroon van uw horloge indrukken) beweegt de uurwijzer zich om
de tijd in uw geselecteerde tweede tijdzone aan te geven (de duur van de
weergave kan worden ingesteld in de instellingen van de drukknop).

ACTIVITY TRACKING
Houd uw dagelijkse stappen, verbrande calorieën en de totale afgelegde afstand
bij. Dankzij de grafieken van de bijbehorende app krijgt u een overzicht van
uw resultaten per week en kunt u uw resultaten vergelijken met mensen van uw
leeftijd over de hele wereld, dankzij een benchmarktool. UW ACTIVITEITENDOEL
IN DE BIJPASSENDE APP INSTELLEN De eerste stap die u moet nemen, is uw eigen
activiteitendoel instellen in de app. DE RESULTATEN VAN UW ACTIVITEIT AFLEZEN
OP UW HORLOGE In activiteitenmodus (zie pagina 6), kunt u in de kleine teller
op 6 uur aflezen welk percentage van uw activiteitendoel u hebt bereikt. De
grote wijzer (hier in het grijs) wijst dit aan op de schaal van 0-100.

SLAAP MONITOR
Draag uw horloge `s nachts of leg het onder uw kussen om uw slaap vast te
leggen. U kunt uw favoriete modus instellen in de app. De slaap monitorfunctie
geeft details over uw slaappatroon, inclusief hoeveel tijd u diep of licht
heeft geslapen of wakker bent. De functie geeft u ook inzicht en tips over hoe
u uw slaap kunt verbeteren. UW SLAAPDOEL IN DE BIJPASSENDE APP INSTELLEN De
eerste stap die u moet nemen, is uw eigen slaapdoel instellen in de app. DE
RESULTATEN VAN UW SLAAP AFLEZEN OP UW HORLOGE In slaapmodus (zie pagina 6),
kunt u in de kleine teller op 6 uur aflezen welk percentage van uw slaapdoel u
hebt bereikt. De grote wijzer (hier in het grijs) wijst dit aan op de schaal
van 0-100.

SMART SLEEP ALARMS
Stel een smart sleepalarm in dat u helpt om op het beste moment wakker te
worden op basis van uw slaapcyclus, zodat u zich uitgerust en verkwikt voelt.
U kunt de Smart Sleep-alarmen eenvoudig in en uitschakelen in de bijpassende
app.

KALIBERTEMPERATUUR
De kalibertemperatuur kan op uw horloge worden weergegeven via de uur- en
minutenwijzers. Dit stelt u als volgt in: 1. Stel uw drukknop in de
bijpassende app in. 2. Druk op de drukknop van de kroon (één keer, twee keer
of drie keer, afhankelijk van uw instellingen). 3. De uur- en minutenwijzers
tonen de kalibertemperatuur op de schaalverdeling van de minuten.

Stel een alert in om u eraan te herinneren dat u moet bewegen als u een
bepaalde tijd niet actief bent geweest. Personaliseer uw Get-Active-alert in
de bijbehorende app.
