Note: ON/OFF button can be used as a restore button, long press can change the flashing speed and will restore you I smart socket to factory defaults. Only do this If you are sure you want to erase all your settings.

InstalI the ” Gosund APP

1. You may find the “Gosund ” app on Apple App store, Google Play, o Scan the QR code below and install it
2. Enter the register/ log in interface, input the phone number fo getting the verification code to register an account.

The free app” Gosund ” is compatible with mobile devices that support i058.0 above, And avoid 4.4 above.

Connecting Your Socket with APP

Easy Mode (Recommend)

1. Please make sure the mini socket has connected with electricity at the beginning, then open the Gosund APP, tap the ADD DEVICESor the’t”at the upper right corner of the page and select Electrical outlet;”
2. long press on/off button of the device fo 5 seconds until indicator light qu,cklyflashed, the interf ace page already stepped into ” Add Device” Page as the above;
3. Make sure the indicate light is flashing rapidly and confim it ,n app;
4. Choose the local WIFI and enter the correct password and confirm;
5. Wait for configuring successfully, then tap “Done”

AP Mode

1. Please change to “AP Mode” if connecting failed 1n”Easy Mode” The AP Mode is at the upper right corner of the ” ADD D Ep CE” page.
2. Long press on/off button until the indicator light
3. Make sure the indicator light is fiashing slowly and confirm it in App,
4. Choose the local W IA and enter the correct password and confirm;
5. app ” Connect Now”, choose W I hotspot named Smartlife xxx*”, then back to “Gosund appl ication
6. Wait for confiaurina successfulv then tan “Done” ashes slowly.

Devices

• You can add listed devices by tap the” at the top nght at this page

Switches

• Switches alows you to turn on/off your device anywhe e. As long as you have an internet connection you can control the device in your home.
• Tap to the icon at the upper right of the page, you are able to modify the device name or even create a group( If You have several device), which means you can turn multiple devices on o off at the same time

Timer

• Schedule the device ‘lights” to turn on when you wake up o fto automatically turn on when you get home. Turn devices on and off at different times to let people know that someone is home while you are
  away.

Countdown

• You can set the device on or off after the specific time as you want with this function.

Statitics

• You can check the real-time and horizantal powe consumpt here if you device 1s built with ene y morntonng function.

Scenes

1. Touch the right top icon, and then you can cre ate your characteristics to the device as you want
2. You can change the name of the device, and choose to control the device by third-party devices such as Amazon Alexa, Google Home and fitt.
3. You can share the device to your family to create ag roup to help you cont ol your devices at home
4. Using the scones, you can choose Remove the device or Restore Factory settings.

Amazon Alexa APP & Account

Ground APP & Account

(Users need to register your own account, select region as Greman Echo, Echo Dot, Tap or other Amazon voice-operated devices Mini Smart Socket)

Tip: Rename the device after configuring successfully, The name of the device is recommended to use easy pronunciation of the English words.

Set Your Echo Speaker by Alexa APP sign up first)

1. Sign in with Alexa account& password (f not registered, Afte login, click the menu at the top left, then click “Settings”, and choose “Set up a new device”:
2. Choose a device (for example, Echo). When the right page appears, long press the small dot on your Echo device until the light turns to yellow. Then click “Continue” on App.

( Note: at this time the mobile phone can not open a variety of VPN software)

1. Choose users’ WIFI and wait for a few minutes
2. After an introduction video, click next step, it will turn to “Home” page automatically. Now the Echo is connected to Alexa APP through Wifi successfully.

Enable Our Skill in Ale APP

1. Choose “Skills” in the options bar, and then search” Gosund”, the sea ch bar, Select” Gosund ” in the search results, and then click “Enable.”
2. Input the use name and password that you had previously registered: When you see the right page, it means the Alexa account is linked with Ground account.

Control Smart Socket by Voice

1. Afte the previous operation, you can control the socket via Echo
2. Discovering devices: Firstly, users need to say to Echo: Echo(or Alexa), Discover my devices.’
3. Echo will start to finding the devices which is added in Gosund APP,
4. If will take about 20 seconds to show the result. Or you may click
5. Discover devices’ in Alexa APP, it will show the devices that found successfully.

Note: “Echo” is one of the wake -up name, which can be any of these three names (Settings): Alexa/Echo/Amazon

Support Skill List

• User can control devices by instructions like below
• Alexa, turn on [fridge socket]
• Alexa, turn off [fridge socket]

Attention: The name of the device must be consistent with the addition of Ground App.
