Introduction

The economical way to buy American PRO® Ball-Bearing quality tool chests. Supplied packed one inside the other. This mid-size combo has smooth 25mm ball-bearing slides and all the features of the professional chests, except that the roll cab is not lockable and the castors are Ø75mm. These boxes are not interchangeable with the rest of the American PRO® Ball-Bearing Range.

 ASSEMBLY

4.1. Remove the bolts, nuts, and washers from the base of the roll cab (fig.1), and then lift off the body to uncover the chest.
4.2. Remove the screws from the base (fig.2), and separate them from the top chest, discard the screws.
NOTE: Place protective material onto the ground to avoid damaging the back of the top chest.
4.3. Turn the roll cab upside down and place the base into position as shown in fig.3A.

4.4. Position the corner brackets (fig.3B) and secure them using bolts, washers, and nuts.
4.5. Attach the back panel to the base using two bolts, washers, and nuts.
4.6. Ensure the base is square in the roll cab and tighten all nuts fully (fig.3C).
4.7. Place the roll cab upright and place the top chest on top as shown in fig.4.

OPERATION

5.1. To lock the top chest, close all drawers, then insert one lock bar into the back slot inside the top compartment (fig.5).
Close the lid and lock it with the key.

MAINTENANCE

6.1. Periodically lubricate the drawer slides.
6.2. Clean the surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild water/ detergent solution.
6.3. Check all fixings and tighten if required.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories, and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling center, and disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
